Dear Stan and Donna,

Thank you ever so much for sending me your observations of life in America today.  Please forgive this editor for my delay in publishing your idea's meant for mass dissemination as this editor receives some 600 emails/per day after spam, and truly I do get around to reading them all.  Please remember for years this editor wrote and commented to our governments regulatory body in personal lectures to the feds monthly for over eight years, and helped make change and policy to protect the aged, the ill, the suffering, the poor, the weak, the helpless, the disabled, those on fixed incomes (Retired folks), and truthfully, this editor does not even recognize our nation.  By taking 500 billion out of Medicare to help pay for the office visits (Not the care as it turns out...which remains unpaid...)for the 30 million without insurance (Which will grow exponentially when we solve the Immigration problems), Obama et al sent their message that FACTUALLY THEY HAVE ABANDONED ANYONE OVER 55.  Clearly those on fixed incomes, retired, the aged have been set aside as diminishable commodities rather then national treasures.  Beyond a shadow of a doubt, the extracted 500 billion told the story.  Therefore, your article is eye opening because you just gave a voice to the millions and millions of folks just like you, who feel just like you, but remain unrepresented by the Democrat party.  And frankly absent letters like yours, your message would not have reached so many.  This editor wants to assure you that I belong to a rather large group and your email was forwarded to the correct folks re-emailing your letters around the globe prior my publishing your message here at the Journal.  Hopefully there are some empathetic and caring folks out there in "READERVILLE" who cherish motherhood, fatherhood, their parents and the aged as guess what, those that do not, will be doomed to visit there as we all age.  This editor agrees with you it is time to bring back fairness and respect for our elders, and truly too much more as you so amply illustrated for my readers.  Thank you and I hope you continue to read and contribute to the InfoJustice Journal.little guy 5/9/12

MEMORIAL WEEKEND LETTERS TO THE EDITOR

Liberty is the most precious of gifts. My generation never had to fight for this freedom, it was offered to us on a silver platter, by people who fought for it with their lives. All throughout Europe , American cemeteries remind us of the young boys who never made it home, and whose memory we cherish. My generation does not own this freedom; we are merely its custodians. We can only hand over this hard won liberty to Europe 's children in the same state in which it was offered to us. We cannot strike a deal with mullahs and imams. Future generations would never forgive us. We cannot squander our liberties. We simply do not have the right to do so.

I don't usually email people with this kind of stuff but Hey Everybody...W-A-A-A-A-A-A-A-KE UP..!  This, I believe, is the greatest danger we in the west face!!!!  "There will be those who don’t like to hear this but regrettably I feel sure that there is a huge grain of truth in what this chap says. Folks have you heard a Democrat tell you that there is no War against the eternal?  Have you heard a Liberal Pundit state there is no War against Religion?  Those folks are combatants in the War against God.  Everyone when young who had religious parents or grandparents saw a better world then what we have today.  And most folks remember an eternal love for all that was good.  Today for example the Obama Administration has defined Religion SOLELY ON BEING CATHOLIC!  In other words somehow the present Administration knew in advance millions and millions of folks hearts would be broken and soul's robbed prior to announcing their requirements for exemption.

First and foremost is this constitutional?  Folks will argue the point but in a strict adherence to the definition of the words used and for the times it was written in, our constitution has been violated on the following grounds.  "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion or prohibiting the free exercise thereof".  Got it.  The constitution goes beyond insuring religious practice freedoms but also includes the "free exercise therof" which is clearly violated by restricting a Church from having it's ministries exercise Church teachings!  Only someone who disliked our constitution and the lord of hosts, would fail to read the simple words with their direct meaning and then interpret things to exclude a Church or taught from exercising their free exercise thereof".  Outrageous and a signal of perhaps some heinous repeat of the cold shoulder paid to the lord most high under Mao, Stalin, Hitler and the like.  What in the world is going on ? 

Folks it gets worse.  Unless even the part time folks, those that prey to the lord but perhaps don't maintain the rest of the customs to step forward in unity and say, we are a nation under god, indivisible with truth and justice for all.  Religious folks more and more, slow and silently ever creeping and slithering forward is the voice of the snake from the garden of Eden speaking in many voices and taking over many spirits on its way.  Or if you believe in coincidences, look at the elitist liberal press who never mentioned a beautiful or lovely defense of "all that is good".   Finally in this note do you really think it was a coincidence that Obama went against Church Doctrine endorsing Gay Marriage?  Do you really think he did that to help gay Americans?  Admit it or not, this is a multipronged assault against Christianity and it's teachings (One Contribution the Jewish religion can offer on this is that in the Talmud it states "something must not be waited" meaning if a man is not having sex with a women, the sperm is wasted; which goes against traditional teachings of the lord most high...which is where male masturbation is bad comes from as well).

Folks not to point out more facts but Jesus Christ, Mother Teresa and too many more of those that simply want to do good in our world would never have qualified for the exemption as Obamacare mandates that Catholics find objectionable such actions.  But when Catholics do object it falls on deaf ears.  And that is what is so odd.  But further Jesus nor Sister Teresa claimed themselves to be Catholics before they fed, served and saved the poor, the weak, the starving, or the ill!  The entire exercise by the Obama Administration was wrongful, off target or simply a mistake.  But with the Bill Maher's of this world unhappy that folks of religion are happy and thus must spread the evil virus of hate to copycats, things do not bode well for religious freedom absent feeling the horrors of anti-religious tyranny and oppression.

Why would our federal government want to force the Church to act against Church teachings?  This point scares the heck out of thoughtful folks who believe in the Lord or not.  And to cover the issue with a request for contraception of all things, is an outrageous attempt to circumvent religion in America under the guise of free protection for sex is good for all.  A one size fits all commandment by the government of this present administration.  What the heck is our government in the business of mandating who Catholics are and to restrict their free exercise of their ministry?  And to rob them of their ministry in lieu of the promise of free protection for sexually active folks.  As if contraception is not free or cheap depending on where normal folks look.  In other words by our Government re-defining religion and religious ministry is our Government getting into the business of Religion which is a violation of the first part of the Constitution where it says "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion"?  Their re-defining Catholicism is establishing a new Religion!  Hello, that is what is being done!  Doesn't anyone in the current administration actually know anything about our constitution?  Was it all the greatest scam in world history?  The greatest bait and switch visa vie the shear volume of voters deceived by everything the last several years by those asking if they can lead but once in office suddenly stop asking what "we the people" want but DICTATING NOT ONLY OUR IDENTITIES BUT ESTABLISHING NEW RELIGIONS by attempting to redefine the Catholic Church.  Whose religion is next?  Are they going to wipe out the Muslims, the Buddhists, the Sikhs or the Jews?  Whose next?

And finally, it occurs to this examiner that outside of the constitutional violations of our government creating new religions by making up it's own definitions not included in Church teachings, but by also restricting folks of that religion from there free exercise therein, they have robbed Catholics of their personal civil rights.  Folks have to be free to worship in accordance with the Church's moral values and to have faith that good will triumph over evil and having faith therein, is the key to understanding the lord most high!

Our First Amendment guarantees free exercise of religion.  Our constitution restricts the government from creating religion or church doctrine and restrain the government from interfering in the free exercise of said religion.  The government cannot define and thus carry out a ministry of it's own by changing the way the Church, Temple, Synagogue, Mosque and their ministries exercise established religious practices which made this nation what it is.  Yes folks have the freedom to espouse their anti-religion bias, but to secretly employ it creating the religion of atheism, is a direct violation of our constitution, and all that this great nation stands for.  Frankly this editor can't believe the whole thing but "you just can't make this stuff up".  And may the lord continue to bless and keep the United States of America."lets run our government like a business with a heart rather then having government run business or our lives like our government"little guy 5/26/12

AUTO MANUFACTURERS OUTSMART EVERYONE AND GET BAILOUT THEY NEVER NEEDED YET WERE FORCED TO MAKE CAR'S NOT READY FOR MARKET

Well, this editor must imagine that at one time or another, each and every reader of mine has thought at one time or another that they would wish to get a "hybrid" car because you want to save money on gas, petroleum products, and of course save money overall with the new GREEN TECHNOLOGY.  Well, recent facts now prove you will lose all your wishes if you purchase a hybrid. 

Lets review some facts brought to my attention by victims of Industrial Auto Accidents involving literally all the brands.  Let's review.  When you purchase one of these cars for example the Toyota Prius (Just received this fact today), although they let you know the maintenance schedule, and they claim they are saving you money by giving you your first couple of service appointments for free, what they don't tell you and what none of them tell you is that on or about the third visit you need your very routine battery service which is really an electrical engine service with the lowest cost coming in at a whopping $400.00.  That is $400.00 every few services for life more then a conventional automobile.  Thus, your car needs service for your petroleum portion and service for your electrical portion and that's two times the service of a traditional vehicle hidden in one service save the additional $400.00 service referenced above.

And apparently from victims of collision, handling in general is nothing like that found on your better cars.  But the real Whopper so to speak, is the fact that if your in a collision with one of some of the more lightweight vehicles, often engine damage occurs costing up to several thousands of dollars while none of the other vehicles involved in the collisions sustained any damage to their simple traditional engines.  Apparently, from what victims are telling this examiner, is the fact that the costs over the lifetime (Only had folks report on ownership of four years or less) of the vehicle is far more then any gas powered vehicle and if you were to compare them straight up relative to costs, the Auto manufactures and dealers make far more money on the alleged Green Cars then Traditional cars based on maintenance and replacement parts including batteries.  Victims of accidents are complaining however there is very little in the literature to support their contact dermatitis, contact irritations or burns and in fact the sales propaganda for Hybrids especially in the higher end cars which do handle well, is everywhere and compelling.

All and all, folks required to drive the most, and as you know the 405 from around Wilshire to the Valley is now the most busy Freeway on the Globe, folks thought it was a good idea to try a Green technology car.  And apparently the displeasure with such vehicles has occurred throughout the Golden State.  For example today after receiving the Prius news, when I asked why the young man was not driving his new Prius, he advised the care was simply too costly to run, and his Dad bailed him out and they swapped cars.  The Parents run to help their kid's as usual, but who would have expected the loss would be trying to help nature, help the environment, and cut costs, resulting apparently hazardous materials spilled onto highways and roads when the batteries are destroyed in an accident injuring the environment (In routine accidents the batteries are not completely destroyed and their inherent safety designs do prevent leakage well), damaging nature, and with escalating costs as the engine parts are not as sturdy as traditional engines (Vinegar can be used to quickly neutralize any spill if one occurs-which is indeed rare but real).

Looks like there never were as many green gains as anticipated by bailing out the auto industry.  And in fact, if the two companies would have gone bankrupt rather then taking the money from the care for the elderly, the sick, the suffering; money earmarked and need by our entitlement programs, they would have of course recovered, Chrysler would be an American company rather then foreign owned, both would have had a fresh start with a market starved for new cars as things were, and GM would not owe the Taxpayers some 20 Billion which some say will never be repaid.  And GM would not have been forced to spend so much money on R and D for Green Cars which didn't sell, and today, our nation would be truly trillions of dollars richer, we would have healthier auto companies (Notice Ford always supports GM and so forth but never took a dime...And most folks think Ford absent any assistance has the best fleet in it's history). 

Thus Hybrids are here to stay, but let us hope that the technology soon catches up with the times, as it appears many were rushed to market prior to all of our nations police and emergency being properly trained and outfitted for battery recovery (Folks are not prepared in many rural or poor areas of the nation and it is the owners who need to be informed as they seem to be the most affected!  Remember a little vinegar should help to neutralize any remnants of complete battery destruction).  Let us hope that the fixes and technology catches up with our green dreams sooner rather then later.  As the major downside appears the increased costs for maintenance, let us further hope that comparable maintenance costs are on the horizon.

Folks are not thrilled with promises of hope from our elected officials but being left in despair done consciously or unconsciously.  Thus, overall, there is little in the way of saving's in purchasing a green tech car over a better performing traditional vehicle, and some folks say they cost more to simply run and maintain for the long term. little guy 5/25/12

BARACK COULD LOSE VOTES AS SAFETY NET FAILS TEST-THERE IS NO SAFETY NET-COME ON FOLKS

Well, listening to Barack and our very angry VP, I applied for help as the cost of Medical School overran my credit cards, left me unable to pay my student loans, and unable to find gainful employ in the first two states I had looked in (The third is beginning to be a charm) while in Medical School or Accredited Hospital Clinical Clerkships in Chicago (I was honored to be accepted to such a prestigious Hospital while I was serving my GREEN Clinical Clerkships-often being trained side by side with students from the Major US Medical School's-even UCLA, University of Illinois, etc.).  Guess what a man my age, who must drive 2.5 hours to and from work through 10 mile per hour traffic with only two day's work gets?  I qualified for $5.00 in food stamps and they went through costs of producing a credit card and all the rest for 5 lousy bucks.  Folks, "you just can't make this KIND of stuff up".  Further and for some reason because we moved to California, my lady friend who was receiving unemployment from Chicago after being laid off from her Insurance Work was cancelled.  She wrote a complaint to the AG of Illinois, and mysteriously it started up again, as it should of, and again was cancelled yesterday, 9 months prematurely with the explanation California does not participate in some part of the Illinois program!  It's federal folks!  Oh, uh...   Horribly to my astonishment, I can get paid much much more overseas then in America as a start up Doctor of Chiropractic.  "And you should be able to make that up, but you can't". 

Well, this is why this editor began to doubt Barack and his alleged safety net.  And recently as my Masters is in Biomechanical Trauma where I was trained to make new limbs for folks with laser technology (Here the Laser makes the perfect copy of the end of the limb which requires a prosthesis and thus becomes the limb bud to flower a state of the art biomechanical artificial limb) , assist the neurosurgeon with remote limb control for para and quadriplegics (My Instructor was on 60 Minutes with his device mounted on a wheel chair with the patient controlling their limbs through such technology, while I was at the University of Miami Medical School Department of Engineering and Human Biomechanics joint program with Lynn Universities Master's in Biomechanics), and too much more as well as care, and my Thesis was on Functional Capacity testing, where a renound Doctor who worked for Blue Shield Blue Cross for thirty years purported to review more claims per day then any Physician in the nation, and had his own office in the BSBC building, took a large group (to the best of my recollection 300) INJURED WORKER'S COMPENSATION patients east of the Mississippi and I took 300 INJURED WORKER'S COMPENSATION patient's from LA county, we functionally tested their capacity with solid medical testing equipment prior to and after Chiropractic Care.  I provided the care for my group which did eliminate my double blinding however our PhD in statistic's covered all error ratio's etc.  However and again, both outcomes were 90% of the patients recovered with Chiropractic Care resolving litigation, and returning such folks for gainful employ.  Thus having some experience in this matter (Heck while I was in the Program they had me teach once at the main campus University of Miami School of Medicine DOE in the Justice Building, and again for their Biomechanics program-Folks in those day's associate visiting professors-new guy's like me would only receive about $600 for two such lectures, and absent living in Boca, Miami or Florida equaled the cost of plane fare and hotels...back in the day), recently I received one more day to simply oversee that department-Functional Capacity Testing (The 2.5 hour drive to and from work).  Today, I received the wonderful news that next week, as folks are on vacation and after meeting yesterday, the LA Doctor of Chiropractic who was an Orthopedic Surgeon in Russia (He pointed out that he was a General Surgeon before he became an Ortho....) and my Employer called today with the good news that I can spell him again next week.  Well that means although I have to get up at 4 am, drive 2.5 hours each way for my 8.5 hour clocked day, means next week another three day's absent my Functional Capacity three day's this month, rent, car insurance, and food get's paid, two lawyers still must remain on consignment as well as most creditors, but through super hard and tedious work to get to and from employ, the Republican belief that one can find some work if they go to the Nth degree proves superior to the Democrat and apparently alleged safety net that apparently normal adults in need do to this economy, never qualify for.   Only single mothers with lots of kids benefit, or folks who simply can't or won't look for work benefit, as it was explained to me from both state and federal safety net officials.  But dogged dedication proves there still is fruit in the US garden.

Well the bottom line is if this Democrat stuff they have been selling to the unrealistic folks who wear rose colored glasses rather then wear the common sense beanie isn't even true, of course folks will have to vet things on occasion.  And this is sad because this editor was a huge Barack supporter the first go round.  Huge....as the Journal backed him which lost membership in the Academy until only recently.  For Barack to get the kind of support he wants from the Rhetoric he opines, his safety net, and Affordable (Unaffordable as it turns out to the very people he wanted to cover as they can't afford the TAB...HELLO)  Health Care Act and all the rest must begin to work as he only has six months to prove to folks in the real world that any of it is true outside of listening to either Barack or Mitt!  So the poor are not covered by the safety net if they are over 50 unless they completely give up looking for work which is a bad incentive in this editor's humble personal opinion. 

In Summary, as one who backed Barack for round one, for the most part, this editor is trying to be overly fair to both Barack and Mitt as the bottom line is not whether a Democrat or Republican win's the Presidency, it is the guy that fights the hardest to bring us all together somehow, and fights to provide answers that "we the people" can understand.  Does that make sense folks?  Our national problems are too big to worry about what party wins.  Come on!  When do folks get their patriotic feathers up?  This editor is looking for common sense folks who believe in rational and responsible actions on the part of elected officials because the quest to return our nation to economic health is mandatory to those that care rather then the permissive attitude this Congress has demonstrated and allow to occur concomitant with our last two Presidents.  At least under Bush, folks had six years of Renaissance, until his last year where panic superseded the remedies which would have caused us to recover the first year Barack was in office.  Absent all the tinkering, the US economy proved to be smarter and stronger then all the tinkering and cyclically recovers.  However, because we are living in the bubble of false economic recovery by trillions spent from one hand to bail out the other, leaving the hand that was to care for the sick, the suffering, the poor, the weak, the helpless, the disabled, those on fixed incomes, those that depended on their life's 401K's which were lost and continue to be lost in the falsely inflated stock market, to be short leaving our nation with almost 16 trillion in debt and climbing saddling our children and the folks that follow Barack, with a horror never experienced; not even in the great depression.  Think about stuff folks and you too will agree, that we need the person who will repair our ailing economy and business atmosphere here within the homeland and abroad, bring manufacturing home concomitant with becoming the largest energy producer in the world making us not only energy independent, but debt free with a return of our AAA credit rating (Which then allows most folks to find full employ, and get the old debts paid off and up and onward toward a healthy US of A).  Let this editor know what you think if you have a spare moment.little guy 5-23-2012

If this editor had Mitt's ear, I would opine he make friends with some comedians....find one that can imitate him well, make time for their shows, and let them have their way.  First they may joke about you, but in time, if they are funny, and your the kind of good guy I know you are, they will be laughing with you.  You need exposure sir.  Obama has that one covered albeit he has real problems to overcome (OBAMA SPENT FIVE TRILLION, MORE THAN ALL PRESIDENTS COMBINED AND WE LIVE IN AN ARTIFICIALLY INFLATED TIME BOMB YET HIS FRIENDS ABSENT ANY JOB CREATING ABILITY BECAME SUPER WEALTHY...), whereas if your as sharp as I know you are, you must explore them so the American people can make a real choice for our future (National Debt, Deficit, Trade, Housing, Employment, National Defense, International affairs and truly too much more...which Obama and many media pundits/comedians turned their back on...zero empathy for the folks) as clearly the RECORD AND DEEDS AMERICA NEEDS RATHER THEN WANTS were never achieved by President Obama. 

Mitt, you must make more social appearances in this editor's opinion.  The secret to this is being yourself and don't try to answer all the questions.  Look at Michele (Poor Gal is being targeted unjustly in Minnesota...) Bachman.  When she is asked a question when making the rounds, she often stops to ponder.  Being thoughtful and likeable is often better then being too talkative.  You have all the right stuff absent perhaps singing (Needs something...).  Obama keeps himself familiar with the unconscious psyche of most Americans by taking advantage of the bully pulpit of the presidency.  Yet look at China,  The Obama/Clinton team made a mess out of everything.  Heck folks don't know if we have a real dissident or just another of China's double agents.  Point out that he made a commercial about you when it is he that is messing up foreign policy and blaming others..

Lets briefly examine the killing of Osama Bin Laden.  Bill Clinton was almost run out of town when he failed to bring Bin Laden to justice several times.  And by the time it came to Bush, everyone in the world knew that if the opportunity arose, if a President did not bring Bin Laden to justice if able, he would be fully impeached.  Thus, by the time it came around to Obama who happened to be at the right place and time in history to make his call, just think if he hadn't.  He would have been run out of town or impeached.  He had to make the decision he did or history would have judged him harshly.  This is why it was so sad to see Obama and Clinton try to place the hit on an innocent like Romney who truthfully, would have faced the same realities yet he is a Republican.  No one believes any Republican would cower, back down from any world power, or fail to execute justice relative to Obama.  No, Republicans bring pride to the homeland rather then embarrassments, weakness, repetitive caving into to foreign powers, destabilized the middle east and our relationships with world leaders by abandoning them, and cow towing and brownnosing to Communists, Oil Princes and Kings, Chinese and Russian leaders, and basically gives the farm to our enemies and distances himself and our nation from our allies.  No bowing even to real celebrity's or Kings folks . 

Thus my crux would be to find a way to be inclusive of all Americans, Democrats included (All that Mitt would have to do is repeat "I wish to invite Democrats to join me as well", invite them to join the movement to solve America's problems and in this way the base is not insulted!), and thus squeezing Obama out by his own tract record of divisiveness, hate speech against Republicans/Moderates, conservatives, Tea Party folks, Independents and anyone who disagrees with him, and the remaining patriotic sound conscience Democrats who are sick and tired of calling someone who grew up as they, were educated as they, and wish to contribute to government as they save they are Republican rather then Democrats, who will join the Mitt Romney revolution for real change where a man is NOT judged by his political party or the color of their skin, but rather by their helpfulness to bring unity to our great UNION and join forces to defeat any business challenge in trade, free commerce within our Republic, challenges to reform of everything it will take to simply pay off our debts leaving a controllable deficit once again, which makes balancing the budget the next step as it is such a simple math concept akin to credit based on less need to print dollars because the debts are balanced also freeing our nation to become more generous then in the past and perhaps support some reforms to help those who fall into the net of poverty and such a program could be available regardless of age. 

On an on success breeds good will within the nation.  Once credit is reestablished by the simplest of math reasoning, it would flow and the smalltime business and private citizen guy's and gals would be able to get the credit to start the new businesses, the coffee shops, the dry cleaners, shoe and soft good repair (Novel concept isn't it...), computer repair, new ventures for technologically based mining and mineral/elements, as well as our space mission again which always ends up bringing even better and newer chips and processors to our personal computers, cell phone/TV entertainment/business glasses, gloves with holograms for business presentations, and truly too much more in the way of a rapid technological advancements rather then the snail's pace which occurs under such extreme left wing PROGRESSIVE democrat polices which have killed NASA, killed our position in outer space as the leader based on the fact that we were the first to go where no man had gone before, the moon, as well as continually offering false hoods and stereotypical accusations that don't exist about innocent Mitt Romney and his family, and that this executive branch has cowered from our responsibility as leaders of the free world based on intellect rather then bruit force or political deception such as we all have witnessed for over three years now.  Those incoming thinking perhaps silent supporting Democrats would never go back upon seeing Barack suddenly change to include Republicans only for election purposes, obviously, but that would drive more and more Democrats and liberals toward the Republican party's nominee no matter who it was.  And with Mitt being the party nominee, he is attractive to democrats based on the criticism used against him by Obama and his pundits, and once they got to know the mature Mitt Romney, they would find him so affable, respectable, kind, knowledgeable, worldly, and a no nonsense fact that he is the business leader medicine this nation needs after OBAMA'S massive spending spree (Lets face it when the First Lady and the President set the example of opulence in travel and vacationing, you will have GSA's and Secret Service situations as these because they are copying the executive branch).

Well, this editor once offered Barack my services, promising to focus only on my area of help.  And...he and his White House advisor did allow some of my stuff to go to Chu who in turn only renewed existing oil leases built under Bush!  Today, I am looking pretty darn good with the American people, and more and more folks have jumped on my ship "Energy Independence".  With hindsight now 20/20 proving my advice valid, let me opine absent invitation.

Barack you did great absent any pundits to debate for you during your first run.  In fact you swept into office absent any pundit help.  But as it turns out, your way's are not the way's of the majority of American people, yet, with your dynamic personality, neurological linkage between your brain cells allowing for fast answers and a timing usually reserved for celebrities, somehow allows you to implement your way's and still be liked by a heck of a lot of folks who disagree completely with the outcomes of said actions.  However, during this 2012 election, your under fire for your record.  You can spin it what ever way you wish, but based on the expectations you yourself opined, you failed.  Yet, as this editor say's your just so darn likeable that your AMAZING.  Michele is AMAZING, the kids are swell yet, your pundits are not amazing nor up to par.  The Fox stars are so much brighter during this cycle then, for example the loony and spiraling down favorite of yours, NBC and MSNBC pundits, that on every channel no matter how they spin it, during debates, your backers come out as dreidel's, while the moderate and conservative pundits come off as professors.  And everyone that is not blinded by their bias for you, see's it.  Heck no one is showing up to support you save a small base.  Therefore, you must distance yourself from your supporters and in fact, you should spread the word for them to stop, and let you, your appointees, and Pac's do the fighting for now, until you can kind of get the word out on what your narrative is, if you will. 

Barack you don't have a narrative.  Your all over the place.  Since your victories are based on your own god given talents and some of your experiences, you must create the talking points list for your pundits, and disseminate it.  And this arrogance stuff is killing you.  When you brag folks see you as an empty vessel.  And you brag with ever breath.  Lets look at a simple living in America fact.  For the same billing procedure which is a successfully discharged patient, lets say, manual medicine for example, today I receive 75% less compensation and am capped, then when Bush was in office!  Thus, it is easy for this editor to see it but isolated as you are, perhaps you don't realize while jobs became scarce under you, wages plummeted for many and were capped, while fuel, food, tires, all the basic staples, electricity, water and other basic services also have gone through the roof.  Less income earning ability across the board for normal folks while cost's of living soar.  Your economy is killing off the America way of life.  Thus, your bragging causes real pain to folks faster then they can think.  Folks are having gut reactions to your distance and actions. 

Well, in summary, your pundits are killing you by losing the debate badly during every hour of every day with only their arrogance to blind them and raise their smiles.  People are suffering in the heartland, and you and your supporters are blind, worried about contraceptives for a female lawyers rather then finding a way to pay for the necessary surgeries or chemotherapy for cancer's or even organ transplants, which go unfunded leaving folks to die while depressed and saddened that their leaders puts SEX over HEALTH.  "We the people", long for constructive debate to eliminate any problems which face the nation rather then make believe, class warfare, politics of envy, false innuendo's or unknowable prognostications which are found on the Democrat leaning evening or daily news and cable programming for the last three years or so.  Tell the pundits to let you lead them. Either you take control of the debate, or this editor believes folks may be saying arrivederci to you, hasta luego, adios, "see ya".  The air waves are filled with exactly what folks don't want to live with any more; negativity.little guy 5/9/12

DID ANYBODY NOTICE

Clearly, if folks remember, there was a day last year, where universally, all colors, creeds, races and religions which make up our nation, jumped for uncontrollable joy together, in unity, and absent any thought about doing such things.  This should be a day TO REMEMBER.  Can you name a day, where a news event was reported, and ALL American's reacted with jubilation or the realization that the end of the beginning of 911 happed.  Yes it was the death of Osama Bin Laden.

Did anyone notice such jubilation this year?  Nope.  Did anyone notice most folks in jubilation in the streets of America?  Nope.  Were there any celebrations by the humble folks of America spontaneity in the streets?  Nope.  Well the obvious question was who HIJACKED SUCH A DAY?  And the answer was Bill Clinton (Which makes normal folks want to remind other folks that a child had another human's remnant where such forensics' would cause the questioning of any such person who conducted themselves this way in our Oval Office, MARRIED FOR THE LORDS SAKE, and just after the weird Secret Service stuff, has concerned folks thinking there is some kind of party going on at the taxpayers expense or perhaps a culture of corruption at the highest levels of our nation) and Barack Obama.  You know folks were so saddened intellectually, that the masses could not tell you how a day went from uncontrollable jubilation to one of huh?  What...what is the allegation, what do we have to think about on...wow...what day....POLITICS is the message from our past two Democrat Presidents for us to ponder rather then simply being human and reacting absent INTERFERENCE for personal petty political gain, at the expense of  A GOOD THING! 

Folks, the pundits can argue about this subject all they like, but this editor opines they all missed the point of the day.  It was not Obama's day!  Any president after the trouble Clinton got into and still rests in to this day (Yet if his manipulating the people worked, folks might think HE WOULD HAVE ACTED WHEN THE FACTS ARE HE DIDN'T and thus demonstrating the NTH DEGREE OF OBAMA/CLINTON HYPOCRISY) for not ARRESTING Bin Laden numerous times WHEN THE OPPORTUNITY AROSE, clearly would influence any President who was alive to take the opportunity to arrest Bin Laden for war Crimes.  Truly, the glory is to President Bush, Dick Cheney and Donald Rumsfeld for getting the ball (All three played active roles in creating the policy necessary for the entire project to come to fruition) rolling which they did, the Men and Women of the CIA and CIA division within our Military complex combined with the General's and Admirals who made it all happen and then to the GREATEST FIGHTING FORCE THE WORLD HAS EVER SEEN, the Men and Women of our US Special Forces and Barack's contribution was saying, "OK".

This was bad folks because for the good hearted as it tainted things a tad for Barack...took away some of the credit we gave him.  This was thus far worse then showboating.  Come on!   Folks gave Barack credit for bringing HAPPINESS and yes Jubilation to our citizenry.  And now one year later, rather then finding a way for all Americans to re-live the jubilation, he managed to turn a good thing for America to THE WORLD BEING ALL ABOUT BARACK AND THE COMEBACK KID BILL.  Did you notice Romney was humble before the lord and all folks relative to the politicking which robed jubilation from the folks that day, and in fact simply stated what he would have done and AVOIDED THE NEWS FOR ALMOST A WEEK!  Romney was Penitent, and masterminds where manipulating all folks they could through politicking rather then SHARING A DAY OF JUBILATION WITH ALL AMERICANS!    Pity folks, a real pity (This editor was happy for the soldiers who may have heard Barack personally, but that was a respite for them whereas the entire nation was forced to think about trashy stuff rather then celebrating the rebirth of our nation and the end of the mastermind behind it all).

But the fact of the matter was, did anyone notice NO ONE was out in the streets acting like the Fourth of July, when just one year ago to the day, folks were acting like the first Forth of July?  Somehow America was robbed of a celebration and faced with some harsh stuff to sort out.  And it was just plane wrong.  And folks who are aware, "you just can't make this stuff up".little guy 5/4/2012

LETTERS TO THE EDITOR

I am writing to you because I am very upset about the Senate Democrats.  I a sickened by the open admission of these representatives to actually tell Americans that they are not going to do a Budget because of re-election damages it may cause them. They would have to address things that will not be acceptable to the American people. They may step on some peoples toes. What the hell is that all about? 

They are already stepping on our toes and insulting our intelligence by telling us they will not do the job they have been elected to do?  And their reason!  Because they might not get re-elected!  WHY WOULD I RE-ELECT SOMEONE THAT TELLS ME THEY WILL NOT DO THEIR JOB.  WHY DO THEY THINK  ANY OF US WOULD THINK THEY WOULD DO THEIR JOB IF I RE-ELECTED THEM????  WHAT THE HELL DO THEY THINK WE ARE, STUPID?  I AM SICK AND TIRED OF WATCHING THE NEWS EVERYDAY AND HEARING THE THINGS THESE PEOPLE ARE SAYING TO ME.  I DO NOT THINK WE SHOULD EVER VOTE FOR ANOTHER DEMOCRAT FOR AS LONG AS WE ARE ALIVE AND CONTINUE TO HEAR THIS NONSENSE.

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE PUBLISH MY COMPLAINT BECAUSE I KNOW THEIR ARE MANY AMERICANS OUT THERE THAT WOULD AGREE WITH ME. TELL ME WHY AN ELECTED OFFICIAL CAN GET AWAY WITH THIS IDIOTIC CLAIM EVERY DAY.  THE HEAD OF THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY SHOULD BE REMOVED FOR STANDING FOR THIS AS LONG AS THEY HAVE BEEN STANDING FOR THIS NONSENSE.  I AM ASTONISHED NO ONE HAS MADE THIS A BIG DEAL YET.

Dear Kathy,

This editor can feel your disgust from your note.  It is so odd that we live in a period of history when the Democrats can offer only manipulative spin and the folks tolerate it.  From the Senate being the worse in our nations history to the up and coming election where Democrats and their pundits offer a spin on everything rather then Romney and the republicans who offer hope and change, we are left with these "crazy times".  Romney demonstrates why he is change and hope and the Democrats spin everything on all networks and all broadcasts.  This editor must advise that my family turn's off news programs from those we like to those we are reviewing usually as soon as a Democrat or pundit begins their spin.  We have not time for the foolishness they offer as debate points, and simply move on to the next program that claims to want a viewing audience...including any of the Fox News stars to those that have very little in the way of a viewing audience searching for folks giving answers to the most difficult tasks that face our nation. 

Kathy, keep a stiff upper lip and don't be discouraged.  Look at the Republicans just four years ago.  They were very much like today's Democrats, we couldn't even listen to one speak, and they were voted out of office leaving the best of the best and a huge new group of Governors, Senators and Representatives who are not divisive, spiteful, nor make blanket claims against an entire group when an issue is to be debated.  Most folks are happy with the new Tea Party Republicans and those rising in power.  What is so odd is the fact that today's Democrats are exactly like the group of Republicans which we voted out of existence. 

Thus have a little faith in the system.  Heck if the wrong party should win the 2012 election try to offer help rather then attacking the entire group.  This reminds me of folks that hate Doctor's of Chiropractic.  Lets say a Lunatic Chiropractor writes something about homeostasis which is out of the realm of possibility and would have been affected very little by some new cure all or claim.  Would an ethical, rational and responsible health anti-fraud expert attack ALL Chiropractors or would they try to help the situation by working with the folks who must go to work every day, prove Chiropractic works or guides correctly as a gait keeper humanly and scientifically could, and help people with real ache's and pain's with Chiropractic Care which others have failed to address or demonstrate any concern for (these folks suffer)?  Get it?  There are always those that come out of the wood work kind of like Hitler, who will attack an entire group like folks in Unions, Jewish folks etc, Chiropractors and so forth, because they themselves are flawed, and only want to eliminate the group rather then working for reform, or solving a simple problem which all folks can understand through common sense discussion.  And because we understand such "out of the wood-work types", we all must be careful when individuals are noticed to attack the whole for what the few do, even if the complimentary medicine groups seemed to have strayed so badly since this editor has been away...8 years (Similar to the recent Secret Service Incidents...any group which is large may occasionally find some bad apples so to speak...And if left unchecked, bad behavior will be copied...Alert!)?

On the other hand, facts bear out that once cast out of insurance review and saddled with the unfair capping of necessary care for severe acute and chronic biomechanical trauma cases in Workers Compensation/Managed Care or Insurance, fraud in the form of alternatives outside of insurance plans (Which could never occur under Insured or Managed Care, which now hurt more folks then anytime in history, unchecked because of the blind leading the blind relative to enforcement or professional actions on the part of alarmed agencies in districts of concern throughout the nation, or as outlined as UNWISE from national leadership in Health Care Anti-Fraud in this article) and outdated often long discarded crimes have resurfaced, often funded by outside managing partner's and influences very similar to old time snake oil salesmen guised in the highly financed exceedingly modern chameleon techniques/clothing (Offering scripts for the medical practitioners to memorize and truly too much more).  All because several key folks got older and retired from the field of antifraud apparently leaving such a void in cumulative learned HEALTHCARE antifraud knowledge, folks did the best they could with the resources left.  Unbelievable but apparently true. 

Never let hate of a group allow you to stoop to their level.  Simply turn off the offenders you dislike, and work to get other folks to listen to your view, just as you did today in your letter to this editor.  Let me give you the best example.  Once long ago in our nation, William Jarvis and your editor (I had been summoned into a meeting at the Federal Building at a huge wood table with men around the table with badges on their chests that looked like Generals or Admirals, and after admitting I had written two articles which proved for the first time in history how Chiropractic Medicine would work if applied universally, that I might want to pay a visit to one William Jarvis who remained in the dark on how we met) proved that by working with each part of the medical amalgam, creating position papers on each profession, we could deliver the best health care yet experienced.  Well we did what we set out to do, and as a consistent predictable coincidence, Chiropractic for example was included in every Insurance plan in the nation.  However once we retired, those like the crazed EPA director who said we should crucify a few Business persons along the way to set an example, folks whose personal egocentric-bias (Pathological folks yet not written about in the annals of psychology-yet) joined the anti-health care fraud movement, and law suits often unjustly flew everywhere, the internet filled with hate from all sides, good folks reputations were destroyed along with the wayward, credibility waned to this day, the national fabric fell apart, and for examples those that won law suits, Chiropractor's usually, were cast out of health care by Obama-care and as a result, left our nation vulnerable to far more health care fraud then we faced during the Reagan-Pepper-Gingrich-Clinton Era's (For the exact same reasons Jarvis et al and I eliminated), where Republicans and Democrats worked together to make our nation a truly healthier place in which to live.  Much like Newts recent fall from grace (Remember folks, in the largest Bad Faith Class action Auto Fraud Law suit in our nations history, as experts dueling, the worst thing the losing sides top MD, and world renowned author of more books on spinal care then any one medical professional in history stated your editor the opposing expert, was "THE NEWT GINGRICH OF MEDICINE" documented in the annals of court records....) during the past election, he failed because his Genius was better then his political abilities, and since he handled too much himself, he failed.  Folks have to work together to achieve; folks must work in harmony to correct a problem found ending up on the high road providing temporary and universally realized invulnerability through good will and wisdom, rather then casting global dispersions on the entire group; work to solve each problem issues until resolved prior to going onto the next.  What we see today across the board is a total lack of WISDOM rather then a lack of intellect; odd but true (All while health fraud became endemic and institutionalized because of said and demonstrated absences of WISDOM).

Have faith, if folks work together, the bad Dem's will lose in 2012, and a entirely new crop of Democrats should come along to right their ship as the Republicans have, and if this occurs, all will be right with American politics.  However, if there is election cheating because of an inability to identify who is voting, as most pundits now agree may take place, and if hate speech, class warfare and class envy win the day over love, peace, community, team work, and harmony, well we may suffer another four years until truth wins over jealously and evil ways.  But in time, our system of government, like bankruptcy, clears the day, so our Republic can overcome the difficulties life has presented to mankind; in a world the Lord most high left to us with modern "free will" (Many believe due to mankind's over sized ego), rather then his Biblical help which always saved the day.  Keep your faith in America, as anything is still possible, and I hope you continue to read and write to the InfoJustice Journal.little guy 5/2/12

PRESIDENT OBAMA LEARNED FROM PRESIDENT BUSH AND SPEAKS FROM AFGHANISTAN

This editor seriously congratulates President Obama for his brave statement to the world that we support our troops.  It was like a page out of yesteryear when President Bush or Vice President Cheney would show up in the middle of our War Efforts.  But President Obama took a page out of Bush history, and he must be commended for his bravery and good deed.  Beyond a shadow of a doubt, it had to make the troops feel good.  Great job President Obama.

PUNDIT FOOLISHNESS IN FRONT OF OUR EYES

As noted below this editor has witnessed Pundit foolishness on both sides of isle.  What is odd is they agree on the main "pin head (O'Reilly contribution to today's stage)" argument today.  That some unnamed on the right (Which is the same as shooting one in the foot or worse) and on the left loved the self destruction of the Republican's during the debates and put forth the self-aggrandizing argument (It's always about them...) that if it wasn't for their argument's actions, that Mitt wouldn't be Mitt unless Santorum and Gingrich destroyed him and made him less loved or liked by those that pay close attention to such matters, Mitt would not be himself.  In other words once the debates became destructive, it was good for Mitt when it was clearly bad for the Republican brand and Mitt.  This is a foolish argument of folks who must make things all about themselves and who appear to be slow on the uptake as only after Mitt's most recent acceptance speech for his five state sweep, did they notice what the rest of us noticed from the first debate forward; his great talent to focus on the facts.  Mitt has the ability to take the most complex issues and break them down to their basic elements.

Mitt has been superlative from the "get go", and only recently did he suffer from the stupid republican self annihilation and he is slowly becoming himself again, save they do witness him focusing solely on Obama.  That's because he is not having to waste time with attacks which hurt the Republican brand severely.  Further, now that he has the time to focus, just think how effective and efficient he will be by the Debates!  Thus, as noted below there are foolish acting and slow to discover what folks around them noticed Pundits, who also try to take credit for another person's successes because they had egged on, again the destruction of the Republican brand in public by Republicans?!  What a foolish argument in the first place.  Why must they continue to try to take credit for another's success when they were so biased in the first place, they could not allow themselves to see Mitt's potential greatness?  This guy is like a Republican combination of JFK and Reagan.  And you truly "can't make this stuff up".  You see Mitt, because of his natural way with folks speaking about huge financial matters, was able to position himself as a young man, to capitalize personally on his great inherited attributes, which comforted folks risking big time money, while guiding there investments through the crazy high and low tides, and bringing that ship so to speak, to port safely and successfully.  And his ability to deliver has simply improved as fine wine.

Thus, Mitt is perhaps the only man for the very difficult tasks which face our nation, and he can right the ship by virtue of who he is absent having to try, absent having to take the bribes all others may take, as his success guarantee's him greatness as president akin to say Washington, Roosevelt and Kennedy.  Mitt is destined for greatness as President if elected.  In fact, the folks that thought his most recent speech was something other then standard for Mitt once he gets to show his stuff, simply were blinded by their own desires, and absence of awareness for whatever reason, too much going on etc, and yet, isn't it wonderful that more and more folks are seeing the good in Mitt, that folks like Anne Get your Gun Coulter, Marco Rubio, Chris Christie, the "little guy", President Papa Bush, future President or Vice President Jeb Bush, that loved one armed War hero who always delivered to the poor as well as helping all folks prosper, Bob Dole extraordinaire, First Lady Mama Bush, and all the rest saw, when we voiced as one, Mitt is a great guy, a kind guy, a super talented business guy, worldly because of trade relative to his business and restorer of American Olympic Pride, plus too much more needed by the office of the Presidency for the problems which face the nation today.  The only man for the job today and the right man for the job, today, the honorable Governor and terrific all around good guy, business genius extraordinaire, Gentlemen Mitt Romney.

Folks lets face the fact's.  Were are on the precipice of witnessing the greatest debate since a REPUBLICAN like Mitt, faced off with a dual personality DEMOCRAT titan like Douglas as  represented by Obama.  Everyone gather round to see the heavy weight champion of the world, MASTERMIND Barack Hussein Obama vs. the technician's technician, the PENITENT and worldly, Gentlemen Mitt Romney.  This will be history in the making.little guy 4/28/12

Well, this editor had thought he had seen most everything this world has to offer.  And suddenly our very likable executive and legal branches, Barack and Eric, shocked the few of us who analysis stuff, AGAIN.  This past week a CNN Lady correspondent exposed the fact that this administration states that requirements for voters having photo I.D.'s could scare away illegal immigrants or OTHER MINORITIES that may be in hiding from the law!  What would be the motivation to ban folks from proving who they are prior to voting?  And this Administration is claiming prudence and transparency in the election process is less important then our very likeable Presidents new call for transparency in trading.  Well what is it?  Transparency or more games/non-transparency.  And since their arguments are those expected from others more rapscallion in nature, it often takes time to recover from the shock of their opinions but upon analysis, prove to be quite non-secquitar in nature. 

This editor feels the Obama Administration has made a great error in judgment unless they truly believe they received votes from illegal participants!  And don't want to lose that vote!  Why they must think they would lose without their actions.  That appears to be the only LOGICAL answer.  Why folks can't even drive a car absent having their driver's license with them!  Come on...GOOFY STUFF LIKE THIS MAKES FOLKS HEAD FEEL LIKE IT WILL EXPLODE, but again, what the real issue is, appears irrelevant.  And what makes it worse is that in this case, anyone who is legal and wants to vote, has four years to simply go down and apply for a Photo I.D.  If this administration was serious, they would have been organizing get out and get your I.D. movements like the GET OUT THE VOTE organizations.  But again this editor is addressing the issue rather then a ploy...device....spin?  This is such a bogus issue that by the end of the day, the fear by the aware voters is that perhaps some may have been elected through "funny voting".  And with the Supreme court telling then involved court issue states to add Voter ID laws, this administration must challenge the remaining state laws from being implemented because, by the time their challenge reaches the Supreme court again, which obviously will reject them as having made this decision in the past and thus they are inconsistent with Supreme Court Rulings on the same issues to prevent folks from voting twice, three times, or dead folks voting, or truly too many other forms of voter fraud, the 2012 election WILL BE OVER. 

Inconsistency from this administration is what frustrates folks so.  Every time Obama does something good, we find either past or ongoing things which are not so good.  Keeping our election process from transparency would be contemptible if folks believe in propriety or somehow can't be talked out of propriety.  Yes this administration can talk most anyone into anything it seems.  This editor opines it is thrusts such as these, which tell folks our very popular President believes in transparency where convenient.  Awe that "wascally wabbit"...oh, ah, opps, that's from a rapscallion cartoon.  Yet today we face cartoonish ideas in real life action.  Folks, this editor must stress, "you just can't make this stuff up". little guy 4/21/12

You see folks, when a President listen's, and become's the decider rather then a ideological manipulator, he becomes a great leader.  Some say Obama listened to a heck of a lot of folks this time, even Republicans and of course this editor's suspicions on manipulations during economic hazards, that transparency in futures trading on thing's which effect everyone from their first cup of coffee in the morning, to the cost of water for their shower, to the electricity or gas for their issuance to work, and it's only 7:30 am, rises to and over the bar which demands ethics, propriety, and transparency.  Market manipulations outside of bounds should be prosecuted.  Some giant manipulators should have reserves necessary to cover trades.  Folks, if you don't have enough funds in your account, you will be prohibited from trading.  So it's not the case where a non-professional absent great wealth could even compete.  Therefore, this editor believes Obama just blew the cover off a jar of rotting fruit, and the bugs must be scrambling to stop any reform albeit by doing so, they show who they are.

Good job President Obama, this editor like's writing positive things about you.  Now come back to the table and demonstrate refinements and securities to your new call for transparency and propriety within the oil trading markets.  Sure this will be unpopular because lets face it, you probably just shocked some folks because this has not been your pattern.  So this editor thought I would weather the storm with you, and by doing so, as Independents who try to invest take a peak by and by over time at the Journal, will also champion your cause.  And if you can get a bit of the great 40% added to your weird followers (between 15-30%), this bill might get passed in a form better then nothing, or the average loop hole green poultice legislation we have all come to expect out of this congress.  Keep up the good work.little guy 4/18/12

Folks it's hard to keep a straight face when fun comedian Marty Fidelman is speaking.  Your editor had spoken with Mr. Fidelman and we began this series for the Journal:  Some humor by Marty on 101 WAYS TO TELL YOUR MARRIAGE IS OVER (PS...back in the eighty's, it was Marty who fixed me up with the lady comedian mentioned below who will remain un-named to protect her...Can you imagine Marty and I in 2nd grade together ?)!

PROFESSIONAL WALL STREET SHELL GAME II

Today, assessing the success of the article below, this editor noticed Bush pundits became angered rather then taking the opportunity to...ADVISE (The issue was relative to the fact that below this editor advised the Bush spokesperson's never explained how a great idea was politicized and how...what is the mechanism?).  Lets say someone was granted a do-over (Da), they have the opportunity to advise from the bully pulpit of on the ground experience having been there, or get angry.  Well, this editor will never get the credit for being an idea person for the powerful news Pundits, but when they rip this editor off, for example, "you just can't make this stuff up (For my new readers...during the day's of the Tonight Show, Carson and later Leno paid $50.00 for a joke faxed in by comedians...This editor added that statement I had been repeating as a child to my then lady friend-love's nightly Hollywood [although I flew her to enjoy her performances in Florida, Alaska...etc] stand up jokes, which she then sold after a joke she wrote to the tonight show...), that such pundits who will remain unnamed, use it in the right context rather then prior to or after something everyone apparently knew!  Use it wisely my friends and enjoy.  But relative to the heart of the matter, what made the Bush Tax Cut on dividends so astounding was that he championed the "peoples" cause, rather then being his idea.  This was the point this editor thought would be discussed today rather then missing the point which is needed for the health of our nations future.

This editor had been taught personally about such matters by then VP of Morgan Stanley at the request of Stormin Normin.  Then this editor wrote about the elimination of the double taxation for an earned dollar when investing for personal utility.  This editor used to call it the "upward mobility" program.  Then, and suddenly, out of the western sky's came "Sky Cramer", who began to preach about how wonderful it would be to change this tax law for all thinking citizens.  From Sky Cramer came his new friend Kudlow who not only championed the "upward mobility dividend platform", he invited guy's from President Reagan's COUNCIL OF ECONOMIC ADVISOR'S STAFF, and suddenly we were a movement.  Kudlow and Cramer, this editor never forgot your support and frankly, Sky Cramer was like Sky King on this issue as he was a hero for all my followers, the "little guys and gals" of American which then attracts some very interesting intellectuals.  In any event, President Bush being a great leader, listened to the American people, and for the first time in years, ensured upward mobility for the masses.  For this single event, he provided leadership. 

Antithetical to all this hoopla is the remaining fact that scoundrels capitalized on the wording of the laws, and made careers out of capitalizing on the backs of the working people of America, which could cause this great Bush enactment, to again become something lost by this great nation.  Therefore these laws are monumental achievements, and if folks are going to let stuff expire, and suddenly enact crazy laws which by the end of the venture kill HOPE and the American Dream, like Paul Revere, this editor is compelled out of patriotism, to hopefully motivate folks like Kudlow, Cramer or any Bush pundit's who have any pride in this great accomplishment, to speak out.  And in the case of Kudlow and Cramer like folks, who truly can explain this better then I as it is their forte; economist vs. big time Fund Manger Trader etc.  If we are to keep the Bush Tax Cut relative to investment dividend income on money already earned, and especially for folks who DON'T DO THIS FOR A LIVING (CHARGE ANYONE FOR SUCH WORK) during this time of massive debt, something's will have to be negotiated.  And if that means Fund Manger's, or anyone that's employ could be confused with the tax percentage paid on personal investment, then the Professionals rates, should be higher.  In this way, investments don't tank, and there is some GIVE on revenues in order to get the massive cuts Mitt will need to make, to prove once and for all, sound leadership brings fiscal health and prosperity to all.  Or if Barack (Folks between what may have been a search for Pedophile prey in the SS scandal, and opining America does have much to apologies for, especially the progressives war on Family as it has been since Adam and Eve, organized love of something more...some will to create the universe, the love of JHWH and the love of the Founding Fathers...etc., Bartack may be poorly positioned to be himself...)wins, he acts wisely rather then the blanket progressive platform.

Folks better act before President Obama gets carried away with his Buffett Plan which is not a FAIR TAX DOCTRINE.  First and foremost we must congratulate the Senate Democrats for not passing today's bill.  However and again, the Buffett Plan is not a plan at all.  It is a false talking point.  Buffett also is playing the same Shell Game as the professional gamers' save he has no where to hide.  He pay's about 29 percent under his corporation and thus he only focuses on half his taxes when comparing tax rates with his secretary's full tax schedule.  And it is akin to something Misogynist Maher would do.  Use a women, in this case a handsomely paid female secretary, to spread a half truth which is one huge PINOCCHIO.

In the final analysis this editor just did the Bush pundit's work for them, but someone must speak out on the parts of the Bush Tax Cuts which helped all folks, and ensured upward mobility.  Can you believe it?  Under President Obama should he be re-elected or get's his way sooner, UPWARD MOBILITY will also be under assault in our nation.  And folks, all this editor tried to do was be like Paul Revere, and hope those that think, do.  Gather round folks, tell your friends, and let us see which candidate for the 2012 Presidential election can guarantee upward mobility for the little guy's and gals of America, rather then destroy all their 401K's, Ira's and the like.  This article calls out to those folks in the media who are specialists in such areas of life, to get out there and explain these important issues to the people (This editor last wrote about such matters nine years ago...here at the Journal).  For you will be joining a movement for America, built by all the folks, Kudlow and Cramer, the little guy, Stormin Normin Udewitz, President Bush, Arthur Laffer, and all the rest.  And may the lord continue to bless America.little guy 4/16/12 "To sit here at the same table with my hero, George W. PROFESSIONAL WALL STREET SHELL GAME

Every time something good is achieved, somehow deals always seem to be made like Reid's Louisiana purchase, Cornhusker kickback, you must pass any bill before you get to know what's in it (Democrat Ideology), somehow bad stuff happens.  Let's look at a portion of the Bush Tax Cuts which are dividends on earned money investments.  The liberal liars want you to believe this was done for the rich.  Far from the truth.  For the first time in years, the poor who acquired a job which pays a bit over what they spend on all their bills, could be put into an dividend earning stock, and In other words, have their own supermall business which produces needed income although small, which begins to lift that soul or family up in class.  Until then poor folks were taxed twice on their earned income.   Notice the best Bush spokespersons failed to be able to explain this one issue.  Why?  None one knows but the superrich and often those that helped from the Democrat side, caused the recent extended recession.

A beginning, poor or middle income investor should not pay the same tax earned and then again yearly on the same earned income.  That's the same as double billing for services by a business!  Antithetically, to get this good side of working going, others hid in the dark shadows and made sure they were included in the Bush Tax cuts in confusion.  And they were.  To eliminate this Professional Shell game confusion, lets opine someone is a billion dollar Hedge Fund Manager.  Because he earns money on stocks or financials and commodities lets say, somehow that manger gets to become a bandit and never pay the income tax of his equivalent earning level in other fields of endeavor.  Why?  Somehow they lobbied and were lumped in absent specific criteria to distinguish a good policy from one that hurt's all Americans save the hedge fund manager for example, and in the case of oil, cause too much speculation and control with little down side and little tax.  That is the rub-If one chooses to be a most humble nurse or even Doctor of Chiropractic, Osteopath or Medical doctor, dedicated to mankind and happy with being paid a salary, they pay the prevailing bracket whereas someone who opening goes into business for the soul purpose of maximal profits, a Hedge Fund Manager for example compared to a hero of health care, clearly the lack of fairness to all other workers is almost heinous.  Thus, a distinction must be formally made on earned income as a profession and capitalized investment.  Once perfected, much in our markets will become stabilized and the American dream is left alive for folks to rise up through society because of intelligence rather then the backstabbing, lying, cheating way's which most folks have witnessed during the last several years in Banking, Wall street, Fanny Mae and Freddie Mac to name only a few.  Sure, there have always been crooks, but today, we hurt the poor and the middle class accidently causing those that, for example, gain all the wealth off the other folks during a huge stock drop.  Some were prepared and ready to seep it all up and folks, institutionalized fraud, must be dismantled.  And because it's a very difficult task, easy distinctions must begin by ending the shell games for some who happen to make a living off Fund manipulations but are lumped in with the small investor's 15% tax on dividend investments.

We must save the low tax for those that want to be smart with their money which increases savings by the poor and middle class in America, gives a vehicle for them to improve their lot, puts money into circulation which frees up credit, and begins to act like small businesses for all folks, giving opportunity and the American dream once again.  While concomitantly creating equal taxation for professions leveling the playing fields, stabilizing the markets, increasing revenue from huge income earning Hedge Fund Managers and the like, which begins to fix the unfairness from the Wall Street power brokers.  Think about real fairness in government rather then all the Democrat Rhetoric in an election year.little guy 4/16/12

GEORGE ZIMMERMAN TO BE CHARGED WITH MURDER

Well, there you have it, the wheels of justice through review, have brought the Zimmerman/Martin case to formal civil review by charging George Zimmerman.  And folks this editor has to state "I told you so".  Yet now that this inevitable initial event will occur, shame, shame, shame on anyone who advocated taking the law into their own hands and a special prosecutor must be appointed to find out why no actions were taken to arrest immediately those that placed illegal bounties on participants in this tragic event.  Why?  Can you imagine the Hatfield's and McCoy situations arising within every corner of the nation?  Further it is the rule of American law!  Period.  On the other hand which seems odd but correct, Holder advised the bar/standards to which a crime must meet to be considered a federal hate crime had not been met.  If Eric would have simply said this from day one, I don't believe either side would have had PAC's (!) making murder threats!  Or if George would have been simply charged day one, some opine our Black mothers would not have been left to ponder insecurities from the past, and the race bait hate mongers would not have reared their ugly heads.  This is a sad indictment of American leadership.  It appears to this citizen that race relations are more dangerous now for the innocent under President Obama, then any time in recent memory.  There is real hate being heard and unless the media can unite under the tenant of good evil could take a foot hood.  We need real hope and change to all that is good and far away from where we have been lead to date.  It is all truly very sad for America.

In any event poor Mrs. Martin, innocent of anything and seeing her child die before she (Her son died before she, and in a non-black on black shooting which is not consistent with the majority of such events, which is the reason to find out what happened and nothing more thus far...), will now get the "INFO" any mother might need to sleep well and heal.  Good folks must have an open mind until the facts are in.  It has been shocking and sad to witness precisely who convicted folks before the facts were reveled.  No one on any side of an issue is safe in a world where folks are tried and convicted in the media or where some take the law into their own hands.   This is a truth self evident in all that are good, and all that are just.little guy4/11/12

This editor likes the name Barry, and since this article is positive using reverse logic, the Democrat method, I think it will be alright.  Without anything to run on (We must assume this because of what Barack is running on...), Barack is out there on the stump's, creating the image that he is offering zillions of answers to the problems which face the nation, albeit none of it seems to make any sense upon analysis.  For example, this editor opines Barack is trying to run on a "Tax fairness doctrine" of sorts as discussed a few years back (He hasn't figured out what to call it yet, but if this editor was contributing I would have called it a "Tax fairness doctrine" although the debate is on who thinks what's fair, unfair or unwise...We need answers on how to help the poor in the US now!), would only generate perhaps 4 Billion/year but could become further road blocks to employment growth.  Read this editor's "lips", no new spending cuts were offered. 

Look at North Korea, Syria and Iran.  Clearly Secretary Clinton is powerless and our Administration has zero clout or influence with these rouge regimes while poor Israel has had to be left with uncertain yet dastardly consequences from Iran.  Heck this administration could not even get along with our neighbor to the north and approve the pipeline.  Folks it goes on like this exponentially and yet if you watch the president, he is out Politicking like there is no tomorrow and filled with talking points ignored by the mainstream media who is obsessed with creating their own Salem Witch Trials of Christianity in the way of Mormonism.  Apparently Harry Reid has demonstrated something to his liberal brand which they find abhorrent.  But Barack never misses a beat, is out their rationalizing like no one this editor has ever seen since it sells and his pundits, like Parrots, then repeat often unfounded, unrealistic and mathematically impossible claims with a bit of news thrown into the mix.

This editor thinks the Presidential debates will be fascinating with a new twist.  Folks will have to Google stuff the President say's to find out the facts and realities of his statements while simultaneously trying to listen to the debate!  And don't think it will be easy for Mitt.  Why folks are debating the utility of Mormonism! 

All in all President Obama is proving to be a most amazing person in way's folks never would have given him credit for, if credit is the correct adjective?  He is amazing.little guy 4/11/12
