Twenty thousand Democrats in Massachusetts left that party to join with Trump.  Folks that's 1.3% of the population crossed over to vote in the Republican Primary!

Folks just think, 3,500 joint the GOP and 16,300 became either Independents or uninvolved Voters for Trump. Why even the Massachusetts Secretary of State William Glavin opined the switches were to the Trump Phenomenon.

What was difficult was many of the Fox news pundits such as Charles Krauthammer, George Will, Glena Beck proved to not see the forest for the tress.  What I wrote when I was the first to prognosticate due to hard scientific data, that the disenfranchised in the Democrat Party will come to Trump and make the Republican Party so popular, that it could for decades be the dominant party based on common sense.  The pundits I mentioned spoke from thoughts from the their emotion centers, and never intellectually.   Heck all I have to do is listen to people all day long give their views which proves if the Trump Phenomenon begins to create a vacuum which could rise all republicans and the republican party, that is the time and in the end, the Republican establishment would act wisely and ride the tide to success which gets the Republican Senate and House the ability to bring up bills and get them passed.  The Democrats won't want to lose any more of their members, so they will work with the Republicans.  Everyone has incentive to succeed for the first time.

Following a right wing nut job like Rubio who has won so little and talks so big demonstrates who he really is and how he is not Presidential at all.  Cruise has the group of republicans that are the lost and the angry conservatives, so hurt by the IRS targeting allegations, and Barack and Hillary always attacking Republicans when their not involved with subject, like Rubio, which does elevate Cruise to at least some kind of showing no matter how small revealing that he has the right to continue.

Even the other Networks are envisioning working with a President Trump because for the first time in over 16 years we might have a dealmaker in the oval office, and he might have a deal for you.  Folks from all walks of life are singing up for a deal with President Trump. the little guy ™ Dr. Neff fights back for you 3/1/2016

Well, think of the sophisticated Republican TV pundits who on TV today, with even the most Feminine phenomena TV personalities, and one elected New York congressmen made a crake that no tough kid could come out of trumps neighborhood or any other neighborhood in the nation, if there parents had money!  Think of JFK, but rather than pick a fight with the misguided and off folks, so unwise; he reminds me of the many many Bush Republicans that one by one were removed and replaced, that it allow the current Republican Party one chance to get it right.  With control of the House and Senate, and probably the Presidency, why squander the opportunity to work with someone who will accept the widest swath of the electorate, from stretching Republican conservative values to perhaps liberal to moderates in the Republican party opening the world to the Republican party at the precipice of getting a guy who claims he wants to make deals when he governs, and what is the greatest weakness of the last several Congresses?  No deals on the part of the left or the right.

When is it the right time?  When is it the right moment in history when the easy way, through the proven way begins to work in Congress; the President comes down to make deals, the house and the senate come up with a better deal as it reflects an average view of the winning party and our elected officials roll up their sleeves, and get to work agreeing on a middle of the ground deal, which encompasses 3/4 the electorate by all counts, and we all get behind a Trump, and by our doing just that, prove you understand our constitution and how our government is supposed to work.

Over the last two weeks I witnessed our Senators past and present act like foolish bullies, demonstrating acidic personalities. Winning on the up through false accusations and innuendos, so the democrats will win the election; the opposite of what your being told.  Cruise and Rubio don't really care if Hillary Wins, proved by their addiction for winning even when their winning is our nations losing.  These vulture like personalities are identical with the Republican powerful after the Bush financial crash when folks woke up and lost hundreds of thousands in one morning, mostly bought on the Sunday and evenings when US exchanges are not open, so folks woke up to such losses and it was clear much of the deal making was done so Markets and deals offered were late and brokers were saying don't sell, it will all come back!  All of those senators were removed, the democrat cycle emerged, and now already winning and in the winning cycle but with the need for new ideas and new ways to lead our nation, of force to step up to the plate and hit a home run heard round the world. 

With our nation healthy because a strategy to get the parties working together was accepted, the job of solving the most difficult of tasks becomes easy, because the purpose is to be loyal to our nation for the day to day folks once elected to office.  The Harry Reid way was not the right way.

Think before we vote during this cycle because this vote could unite the nation, that is the real solution to our national problem, and then let us hope we do not make mistakes of the past, and vote for the right folks. 

Good luck to all super Tuesday voters, for your direction may show the values of your souls, rather then the petty party politics from past administrations.  "We the people want something new, and grand, so big, American will immediately back on course, the great idea of our founding fathers working hard at what?  Deal making.

Clearly Romney lost and he was attacked by the Republicans first over his taxes and success so he now, like a weird girl, come out and attacks Trump as he was to continue the jealous cycle of all the infighting over who is the most liberal or most conservative, holograms in the sky relative to time, suggesting it is time to mandate our elected officials who will work with each other Democrat and Republican, or laws guiding their tenors and pay such be revisited.  Cruise and Rubio have given the far left hate Republican crowd so much ammunition, it will all be used against Trump, but the commercials to get Trump could be used against respective supporters, showing a very ill side of society and how wacky ways, or childish slander politics or politicians just have to be removed.  Show bravado against the nations enimies, and our present group of candidates better start showing some maturity, wisdom and perhaps civilized wit, like Ben Carson.

Get impressed with the center of conservative values rather than any extreme, ignore those that slander you politics, and prey you give them no heed, always humble under the first amendment, and then look out at the job of the president, and realize that it was with a rising above the animal instincts to survive or debate, hope our candidates can show true wit without slander, avenues to unite the Blue States and the Red States, a hope we all are granted far better Pundits judgments on the airwaves, as rock headedness does beget rock headedness, but the normal folks need a break to; I guess that's the new normal!  Lets see who could unite us.  Ben Carson often seems like the only adult in the room, and would make a great Vice President or something great, Surgeon General at the very least.  Trump, Ben Carson and John Kasich seemed the most Presidential while Cruise and Rubio seemed like they were hollering over folks play their own game of Gotcha!  But the point is un-presidential and Cruise, Rubio and their campaign managers seemed to be stuck in a mode of just lecturing on how bad others are rather then simply offering the best plan supported by the most voters.   This is unbecoming to the office of the Presidency.  There is a lot of elected officials not sounding like states folks these days!

The reality of today is that we are living in antithetical times.  Study groups, polls, party affiliation and society today, absent the missing guidance by an absentee President on race relations, on cleaning out the fraudulent statistics models our government uses to convey unemployment, and from what it seems, you can't trust the end counts of the Iowa Caucus without having someone gamble their chances at winning by 6 coin flips!  Can't you see through all the charades?  These times are antithetical times thus that is the cycle we're going through.

Our present president was a constitutional scholar, and Cruise is a constitutional scholar but at directly antithetical views and to the n'th degree, just like Barack.  Do you really believe that with Cruise or the bottle boy winning defined as trying to swing the nation as hard right as Barack tried to pull the table cloth off without knocking over the candelabra's the dishes, and accouterments but oops he never mastered that trick {and Hillary would surly break the table and everything could come tumbling down}, will truly win most folks over the long haul?  Because Cruise and the Rubio memorized sound bite arguments and have bragged about who is the most conservative, if elected once again "we the people" are guaranteed a divisive country with much of the same crap ops problems we have today.  Guaranteed folks, my crystal ball just lit up; imagine that!  "And only a true conservative would see these problems because Cruise and Rubio are too far right and have not demonstrated they comprehended the fact that their telling anyone but their special ultraconservative alleged believers that there going to be left out, somehow, someway!  And never was that Trumps message of "were going to make our country great again."  Meritorious goals, but if he doesn't pull the deal off in four years he would be gone

With Trump as President , since he evenly donated to both parties as they exist today because if one can afford it, it is the most astute task to complete; especially if one wants to be a business man extraordinaire like Donald Trump!  Trump grows the republican party to great and enlarging memberships as Ronald Reagan had.  Something Cruise nor Rubio could accomplish ensuring a divisive rocky road ahead, akin to the anticipated severe divisiveness in all factions if Clinton was elected.  And Cruise and Rubio share those same divisive visions where Mr. Trump has explained he has matured like a fine wine into a more conservative Republican based on shared ideas and ideals.  But his arms have been open to Americans of every party or the unaligned, inviting all Americans to share the new deal by a President Trump.

President Reagan had built the Southern California Defense Complex and community which caused California to be the 5th largest economy in the world. California was dragging the rest of the nation upwards for years.  California was a Republican state at that time.  I opened an office and soon I had a Condo on the Beach Strand (Ocean front but with the Strand walk between these exclusive Condo's or homes and the Sand (to my left lived Quarterback Steve Young, two house down on the Strand they filmed the series Rip Tide, and next door was a part time home to Tom Selleck, with my 19821/2 newly designed Red Corvette which for the most part were not even on sale until 1983, and beautiful ocean going Sail Boat which slept 5 moored down the beach at King Harbor.  Whomever didn't want to stay overnight in Avalon, could stay on the boat.  Then I bought a home in Palos Verdes, again with an unobstructed view of the vast Pacific Ocean, a private boat club below me, and the nude beach off to the left a few blocks.  I remember walking along the private beach and pacific Ocean and when I reach the Nude Beach I would only look at the ocean alone or with my guests.  The girls would through Frisbees and footballs to make us look.  Life under Reagan as a young Doctor of Chiropractic embodied the American Dream considering I married Mrs. Teenage Pennsylvania, and 1st runner up to Mrs. Pennsylvania and still very young.

Times began to change as now President Bush, President Reagan's Vice President, dismantled the Southern California Defense complex.  I had John Northrop founder of Northrop Corp as a long time patient, Mr. Yukiyasu "Yuki" Togo, President of Toyota, the designees and soft wear developers for the Hubble Telescope from TRW who would bring me back Nassau neckties, designers and builders from Hughes Satellite division, Executives and secretaries from Rockwell and on and on.  In fact I was once granted security clearance to care for secret individuals involved with a consistent continuum between mysterious illness after building top secret equipment, and suddenly even treated Ronald Reagan.

Thus, now President Bush transferred all of the aforementioned jobs to Texas, Georgia and a state in New England.  Northup left to become Northrop Grumman, Hughes became a radio builder for GM etc leaving the South Bay of Los Angeles a ghost town.  Palos Verdes, Torrance, Redondo Beach, Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach, to Lawndale, Hawthorne, Garden and El Segundo  were as if all civilization left.  I was close to a large faction of patients, some of which I still communicate with to this very day, but that action by President Papa Bush, began California's dislike and distrust for Republicans as most folks were transferred away from the beautiful Golden State at times breaking up families, and the damaged Southern California Economy which affected the entire state.  From Hawthorne Blvd, then largest Industrial street in the world beginning in Palos Verde's and traveling and ending in Hollywood by the Tar Pits, also had the economic devastation as the huge companies I referenced had needed smaller business to build specialized parts, unique repair companies and all that it took to support the humongous American bastion of civilian business for Military Design and production. The Southern California Defense complex if you will.  The Republicans lost California.  Thus the Republican party must mature and grow into today's popular Republican party.

The Republican party absent Independents and Libertarians is far less than 50%.  Thus if Cruise or the water boy were elected, the divide between achievable relations would widen, but fair relations, not this caving to any spending bill Barack and the far Liberal left.  So the divide would widen and hurt our nation and Hillary is the epitome of the divider.   This nation needs a CEO like Donald Trump not a politician or divider!

And what did we just learn from President Obama?  First term Senators have too much baggage.  It takes years to hone a quality Senator.  The outstanding President John F. Kennedy extraordinaire first became a Congressmen in 1946.  He went on to serve three terms (six years) in the House of Representatives, and in 1952 became a Senator.  He was Senator Kennedy from 1952 until July 13th, 1960 when his Democrat Party nominated him for President of the United States.  And the Democrat party then was antithetical to its positions today.  President Kennedy most famously said , "ask not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country" which is antithetical to the Clinton's and Sanders cries of take as much as you can from others and run, because someday, when everyone is broke, the jig will be up, "we the people" will be holding the bag, thus the elitists above the law folks in the Democrat Party today are antithetical to the pasts folks trying to build economies with all boats rising.

Cruise and Marco Rubio just demonstrate the most classless talking over others and endlessly, violating Reagan's code of not speaking badly about his party which he held when he was President of the Actors Guild, through Governor of California and later President of the United States.  Cruise and Rubio especially as he claims to be a trainee of Reagan's personal tutelage in new commercials which is outlandish, threatening and they show the greatest antithetical behavior relative to Ronald Reagan's personality, charm, debate mode (Watch him and learn folks) and manners I have ever seen.  My liberal patients are chewing this up pointing to complete stupidity and lack of purpose, and show why folks suddenly would never vote for them.  How dare Cruise and Rubio act as if they have the over 30 years of experiences as a Business person able to balance budgets in an almost beyond comprehension continuum (The job calls for solving the over two hundred trillion in unfunded liabilities, and over 20 trillion in debt while benefiting the people rather than hurt any) which in reality might have some bumps along the way with outlier projects.  Why Rubio actually claimed because Trump hired a contractor who then went out to hire Polish workers for low pay 30 years ago, that Trump with his empire would have had more than the guiding eye of success as he has to multitask daily.  And of course if the contractor had made some violations  unfortunately any employer of that contractor would be sued.  Rubio has become a creep twisting things to cause injury.

To everyone's shock Cruise proved his total lack of experience absent years of honing in the Congress and Senate, when he stepped in the poop becoming associated with a scheme which claimed the brilliant, accomplished, Dr. Ben Carson had dropped out of the race, and then during the very next election had rumored the Marco Rubio student and actually under the tutelage of once Florida Governor Jeb Bush, did in front of all viewers go beyond the call of duty to betray the trust Bush built into his experience repertoire, and yet it was claimed that he, the Rubio campaign had been rumored to have closed and then to add insult to injury, Rubio slammed the Bible!  But Rubio's staff corrected things so quickly, it had little impact other than proving like Rubio, both Senators Rubio and Cruise need to run again after they have more experience.  To commit a mistake once but to make the same mistake twice and then keep repeating it is a sign of a lack of wisdom, learning ability, and of course experience.

Trump raises all boats with his call to "we the people" and in doing so, will have voters for either Hillary Clinton if she gets indicted, and Sanders if he gets finagled out of Delegates by a fixed Democrat party system, thus huge numbers will come to Tromp.  The disenfranchised which is greater than 50 percent will come to Trump.  Today few trust nor respect the elected as the Democrats went and are so far left they can't open their mouths without making up another hateful untrue and nutty claim about the current batch of Republicans.  And this Republican persona of getting nothing accomplished they ran on and cave to the Democrats when they are incorrect has pushed back many Republican, Conservative and ultraconservative folks, pushed them away so to speak and neither freshman senator gets any of this.

When I was a young strapping freshmen, I had for a time fallen in love with one of the girlfriends of one of the most popular seniors at the University of Minnesota, but most because for some crazy reason she went for me after the first time we were all sitting on the floor at the huge University of Minnesota waiting on the third floor of a huge building for an early morning Economics class.  The point, I wasn't ready for Marriage, so when her family moved to Miami and she changed universities, a dim wit got her pregnant about a year and a half later, now one week pregnant when the father took for the hills filing for divorce from her mother breaking her heart, she flew back to Minnesota for consultation from an old true friend.  The pregnancy was a year and a half after she left Minnesota, as I was now in the Psychology Program I asked her to see two of my instructors, a Psychiatrist and Psychologists to see if she could adapt happily.  After returning from both Psychological assessments and Psychiatric evolutions it was made clear she was unable to afford to care for the child, she was in dept to her ears with Government Student Loans and she was to be in school in Miami with no support as her father suddenly left her mother in a financially poor situation, I took her to Planned Parent Hood.  Now in those day, unlike today with those that will pay for the care and birthing of the child for adoption, but with the ability to test the child, the child came back with many suggestions that multiple birth defects would develop, almost too many to contemplate relative to surgery far back in the late sixties and early seventies, and after much consultation, the child was aborted before the end of the second week.  The gal went on to have a very productive life, four children of her own and happily married to the right guy for many many years.  Today with modern medicine, other options are availiable.

This is experience in one field.  I worked very hard gaining experience such as graduating for the U of M BA Psychology, then BS and DC Los Angles College of Chiropractic, then Kyung San University for a Masters in Science of Oriental Medicine which is acupuncture and Chinese herbal treatments.  Of course I went on to complete the Chiropractic Orthopedics three year residency, tests every trimester to go on, and a final examination for Doctor of Chiropractic Orthopedics, but then passed the national examination of one day of essays and then one complete day of critical thinking questions such as A, A and E, B and C and E...to go on to achieve my Masters in Human Biomechanical Trauma, to go on to graduating with an MD or degree in medicine and we won't discuss the years of course work for my certifications.  And too much more but this is what the little guy in the US today must do just to make ends meets.  Far more qualified and experienced than most, but humble to care for the ill in a profession whose practicing doctors live the longest of any profession.  Cruise and Rubio wanted to move to Politics, yet most of their experiences are not focused with the bigger picture.  For example one I know is true; mine.  Even Certified Fraud examiner and Certified Forensic Examiner are still in the same amalgam of professional health care.  In the amalgam of Congressmen who become Senators and spend years in each job to be honed for the Presidency, not just one term as Secretary Hillary Clinton and two for Senator Clinton are famous for (Going on a global tour telling the world that Benghazi was do to a YouTube video when we know she NEW IT WAS A LIE! Lies about email numbers, lies that there were no top top secret US vital security info on her home server when their was, and it was stupid to have done so to the extent of Malpractice as Secretary of state, taking Quid Pro Quo Money from Volvo and Ericson to the tune of 26 million for her fund, and seven hundred and fifty thousand dollars for a short speech in Hong Kong by President Clinton, where  folks I am told many did not speak English proving horrifying judgment antithetical to coming within a mile of the White House) and Barack, Cruise and Rubio are the all the same; we continually would be making the same mistake over and over again.  And it has been proven to be very unhealthy!  Antithetical indeed as both Clinton, Cruise and Rubio are at the far ends of the theological and political spectrums yielding the same results.

Trump supporters have a better vision for our nation.  Unencumbered by being so far left as Clinton and Obama or as super far right as Cruise and Rubio and to show debate style not even Barack Obama used.  He was like Teflon.  In any event only Trump looked presidential in the last debate and if I were he, I might say, "there they go again; memorized sound bites to stop a fellow Republican even by false and misleading allegation, done consciously or unconsciously...there they go again"...

With only one opportunity within the Candidates who clearly could unite our nation so we can get on with the order of our nations business, elimination of threats to our survival, balance the budget, bring home manufacturing, go energy impendent and don't for get Hydrogen Fuel cells, again achieve an economy where there is money exchanging hands in the states and between we the people, rather that bureaucracy of waste, fraud and abuse.  We need our infrastructure and new bridges and highways as well as plumbing and all the energy grids in the US and so much more, we need someone who has managed such enormous amounts of money and at least worked with large dollar amounts, so they could lead us to common sense strategies.  Since we have just gone through (Barack) the largest spending of any president, as much as all the presidents combined since it was last balanced by President Andrew Jackson who paid off all our debt.  Outrageous but consistent with far left reasoning and failures.  Our debt will have gone from 10 trillion to 21 trillion by the time Barack has left office.  It was 10 trillion by the time Bush left office and he was the second most excessive spender at 2 Trillion, Barack spent 11 trillion and our military is half it's size, we have triple the number of folks who need their food stamps, 90 million ready and able workers who were broken by a long term system of no jobs in their fields, usually taken over by the Government and stopped looking for jobs due to said personal depression and mal-adaptation to an almost impossible situation creating the false narrative of full employment but you must ask by whom, and then why are the unemployment numbers inconsistent with the total number of folks unemployed who are employable?

We need a Trump right about now logically through inductive and deductive reasoning applied to turning our nation around 180 degrees.  Lets not let Rubio and Cruise embarrass the nation in front of the world and even creating self mutilation within the Party all ruining the greatest opportunity in history to save the nation and make it better than it had been before especially if Trump picks the right Vice President being trained to be the next eight year president to continue prosperity, strength and resolve in the elimination of any threat and any problems, social, economic, political and the rest, all while growing the new "today's popular Republican party."

Please don't get fooled again, and consider Donald Trump as the next President of the United States and end this cycle of continually voting for the same problems guised in chameleon garb.  Spread the word.  If he is not the businessman "we the people need" gone in four years.  The ship needs a captain now to solve US credit standing which pumps the US economy, lowers taxes to a consistent level for the greatest success of the people, by the people but also ensures tranquility through a then normalization of American life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.   Discounted or lowered taxes on Corporations for 30 years (Negotiable) who bring home manufacturing massively increasing employment in traditional specialists for the various functions of manufacturing, fair Honest trade, creating the incentive for Insurance Carries to compete for lower prices, with no more county limitations let alone state constraints for offering insurance as we have in California now, and almost an endless litany of financial corrections needed to be made to bring common sense back to the civilians pocket books once again.  This all comes with solving our financial debt crisis, poor credit standing, and getting our books balanced proving the economy is healthy and now on track which then pays for our immediate military needs, veterans needs, support for our peace officers around the nation, bring home people from all walks of life, united on the principal of an economy to rise all boats, and never again hold hostage Little Sisters of the poor, respect for the written constitution which is the correct system of guidance, respect for those that do good in our world and learned from the first folks to come to American from Europe, the Pilgrims, the Irish, learned on the backs of the forced labor, and all the rest who came to our shores and said 'I want to be an American." the little guy ™ Dr. Neff fights back for you 2/27/2016

I must opine Hillary and Bill Clinton performed traitorous yes traitorous acts while Hillary was President Obama's Secretary of State.  How?  Let me just give you one example because this has been so illusive to the public trust.  And my librarian supporters, my largest support group, pass the info on.

While the embargo against Iran was in full swing, Volvo and Ericson wanted to due business with Iran which was against the law here in the US and all civilized nations.  To swing our Secretary of State to turn her back to allow such goings on, the Clintons Foundation suddenly received 26 million dollars from, Swedish concerns.  "You can't make this stuff up."  26 million!  And to add insult to treason to an already horrific situation, Billy boy received a whopping $750,000.00 from Ericson for a very short Hong Kong Speech in 2011. 

Thus, in violation of a 2009 agreement made between Hillary Clinton to become secretary of state that the State Departments Ethics committee must screen any such acceptances of monies for speeches or foundations, Hillary Clinton Broke the law, violated the ethics committee regulations and bypassed all screenings, and the Clintons took the money and ran with it. 

How did the Clintons get away with it?  The Clinton Foundations Swedish division slipped under US regulators by filing the donation papers in Stockholm thus US and Swedish based papers of the donors became almost impossible to differentiate as Clinton Foundation donors, but the truth always eventually finds a way to burst through the fraud of deception.  Why would Swedish business entities need such anti-American law avenues?  They were worried about the possibility of new sanctions placed on Iran over its nuclear program.  In fact many believe the only reason the current administration lifted sanctions for such a horrible deal for the US, was cover for the Clintons believing no one would find out what happened.

Then WikiLeaks released State Department cables highlighting Swedish companies concerns over tighter sanctions against Tehran writing "Sweden does not support implementing tighter financial sanctions on Iran...more stringent financial standards could hurt Swedish exports..."

The Clinton Foundation trying to hide its receipt of the Quid Pro Quo funds to violate US law told the Washington Times that it had received the payola for causes including fighting climate change, AIDS in Africa and Cholera in Haiti!

Each new twist is a crime as cover-ups and fraud as defined as a suppression of the truth when the truth is known to the suppressor via lies and false statements constitutes an additional felony.  Anyone that doesn't recognize Hillary as a fibber supreme is a fool for the greatest attribute of a conman or conwoman is their ability to make folks think their sincere.  Don't be fooled again by the Clintons folks.

Thus one example of high crimes by then Secretary of State Clinton was accepting Quid Pro Quo funds to her foundation and her husband for a very short speech to turn America's eye for rules of Justices and American laws as well as international laws against the embargo on Iran which did then allow Swedish concerns to do the second largest business deals with Iran during a time it was not legal to do so.  And then the cover-up which constitutes fraud this Certified Fraud Examiner must opine.  But you, the American people be the judge, and then the world will judge our Nation and our FBI as everything we have told nations around the globe for well over 100 years.

To this examiner and reporter, this all makes our nation and our entities look like crooks never to be trusted.  Yet having had an FBI agent, two times Mayor of Pasadena California, Senior California Representative, best pal of J. Lets face it, Barack and his government get a pass because deep down inside, we the people like him.  But Barack beat Hillary when they both were running for the office of the presidency for the same reasons, thus she will bring his government down.  Calculating Hillary Clinton probably has yet to say, "I am not a Crook" but her actions will inevitably affect the current Administration.  The FBI knows that if they are unethical and don't charge Hillary for what I would opine are her high crimes and lies, and anyone but Hillary gets into office, their jobs will be gone, and their Bureau will be cleaned along with the wholesale government shake up which is coming.  They want their jobs in the future and want to build great legacies and maintain the standards set forth in the FBI oath.

Everyone remembers during the Benghazi incident, having a direct link back then I was publishing what was happening on the ground and then day after day, how lies were coming forth.  There are video's of Hillary giving speeches to the parents of the Benghazi dead lying to their faces, something which has never been done before in the history of our nation, let alone go around the world lying and the world knew it was a lie claiming Benghazi was due to a YouTube video.  The world and therefore eventually Americans will write opinion books about the unethical and immoral actions of Hillary, and anyone who supports those that lie for profit.

Women's groups around the nation from every walk of life and political persuasion are one by one facing up to the fact that Hillary has done more damage to women and the image of an absence of trustworthiness, the willingness to lie under oath, take money from groups around the globe that hold women to be second class citizens, deny them the rights to drive, to choose the man they wish to marry, mutilate them if the man doesn't get their way, and never stands up to them on the world stage and say's "I won't take your dirty money, and you must let the women of the world go, let women be free!"  Look at over twenty women since her husband was elected governor and then president and to this very day according to the most recent books published by X-secret service agents, that Hillary empowered her husband to abuse women kind for his own sick titillations.

There are videos of Hillary claiming she never saw top secret nor received top secret emails and then placed them on unsecure servers which China, Russia, North Korea, Iran and the rest of course could intercept and as many believe hold our nation hostage to such emails to this very day.  Never in the history of our nation has such a public trail of deceit and betrayal been so easily accessible.  A child can find the truth if they want, and yet, the once Teflon President, seemingly would give away the love we have for him, that which allows him to always be forgiven, to be scarified for the callous wishes of obvious greed, self servicing and truly self aggrandizing way's of Hillary.

Lets face it, her Democrat supporters on every station sound like their getting away with murder but no one respects them anymore, and everyone thinks they are coconspirators in the greatest destruction and public execution of American values and the American way of life ever seen since our nations inception.

Smart Money has been picking Peyton Manning games this year causing many to lose their bets.  Albeit this editor does not gamble, it's all about Peyton Manning hollering out lots of stuff but almost always ending in Omaha Hike or Omaha Set etc., and the ball is hiked.  One heck of a bad habit folks.

Last game Pittsburgh's Defense had the jump on the Denver offence throughout the game due to this Peyton Manning give away although in the third quarter he did get one fake, where he hollered this out but did not have the ball hiked which caused Pittsburgh's Defense to move offside's.

Nobel lariat, Martin Luther King shocked the world, preached the gospel to humanity and then changed this planet by his deeds. Never was a greater man born nor lived. A man who developed a roadmap to bring his people and our brethren of humanity to their just status in our world. No matter a personal speech, a speech from the pulpit, a march to Washington for freedom and equality, or a conference with the revered John F. Kennedy, Martin led our world toward the promised land. The land created and left to all Americans by the founding fathers. Yes Martin put the entire burden of our nations legacy as created by our founding fathers on his back, and dragged it to every corner of America. It is horrific that folks have to work harder then the rest, preach better then the rest, and give their entire lives to the pursuit of equality, but without folks like Martin Luther King, John F. Kennedy, Rosa Parks, and Lyndon Johnson, and Ronald Reagan, we would all surely some day be the victim of insensitivity, indifference, intolerance, cruelty, discrimination and/or bias. Color-blindness towards mankind was the message, but with it comes tolerance for all of humanities folks as long as the principals of justice, decency, fair play, openness, truthfulness, equality, freedom and eventually democracy are employed. For some time now the Smart Money in the American Stock Market has been secretly moving the markets in a zig zag pattern lower in anticipation of Iran dumping oil on the world markets due to the bad deal made by our government.  The hope was that the new House leader could find a way to kill the huge monetary windfall and kill the Iranian deal, but with the reality sinking in of another far more liberal Republican in conservative sheep's clothing, it has become clear the only hope for energy independence for our nation, and oil and gas sales to Europe and our Allies to free them from Russian dependence and soon Iranian oil, is for Republican Presidential hopefuls, which is still far off in our future.

It has been perfectly clear for months that Iran will be dumping cheap oil on the markets further lowering the profits for American Oil which must spend money on the search for more oil reserves which is costly while concomitantly hurting Saudi Arabia and its oil associates thus placing a dagger in the hearts of American interests while raising Iranian Terrorist affiliates as well as Russian hopes of further conquests to return to  Soviet Union territories. 

Point in fact China, through its charge North Korea signaled a willingness to work with the west in hopes that Republican Presidential hopefuls might take note that the world stage of players is changing due to our governments transformation of our nation and who its allies are.  Thus China just had a bad week financially and is signally the current administration "CAN'T YOU PLEASE FIGURE OUT A WAY TO GIVE NORTH KOREA ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY BILLION DOLLARS AND HELP WITH ITS NUCLEAR PROGRAM?"

Clearly our administration has picked its allies from the enemies lists and pushed our past allies out.  Thus China realizing it's growth and military power comes from its copying American Business and is dependent on oil, even Canadian oil due to our administrations and the democrats failure to secure the Canadian pipe line, is signaling a willingness to work with a Trump or a Cruise for example to secure world economic growth.  However in the meantime Smart Money has for months now slowly been preparing for the Iranian energy OIL dump, and our allies silently trying to figure out how to build their military's to curb Iranian aggression through its terrorists hit squads as well as trying to secure their economies from the Iranian economic aggression.

Iran has not even received its money yet and announced purchases of anything but American products such as commercial planes and weapons systems, while laughing at the deal they made with the Americans which allows them time to hide any nuclear ambitions prior to inspections and to perform self inspections; inconsistent.  Clearly UN entities see the shifts of power from the ethical American good guy's for example to those that will take hostages, will fund their own brand of terrorism, fund the attempts to destroy Sunni Muslims interests around the globe and too much more!

Lets face the facts, the Iranian deal is an American economy, Stock Market and energy independence killer while concomitantly placing the real fear on old American allies such as Israel in peril from Iranian backed terrorist factions, Sunni Muslim nations in the middle east and Europe.  I would opine if all of the American prisoners would have been released, and Iran made the commitment to end aggression against everyone in the world, a commitment to stop taking innocents as prisoners, and stop all the war rhetoric which continued today, the world would have had objective reasons to have some confidence in the Iranian deal which in fact is based entirely on subjective agreements or words which as we have learned from the Democrats can have meanings never found in the dictionary or twisted to fit a scenario rather than open and clear transparent agreements.

Smart money sees the status of world economies and energy independence in the immediate future, and is only waiting to see if, the Republicans can overcome the world of lies and clear crimes and criminal behaviors by some running for the highest office in the land, which would be the only hope in stabilizing the now destabilized world created during the last seven years, and presently destabilizing world oil market and our Stock Market. the little guy ™ Dr. Neff fights back for you 1-17-2016

During the last seven years President Obama scorned and lied about the republicans, told us they were throwing granny off the cliff, but tonight he opined he only wished he could have reached his goal of uniting the red states and Republican party with the blue states and the Democrat party; inconsistent, untrue, but the guy that ran for office the first time Senator Barack Obama appeared again this evening only I must opine just like the story by Hans Christian Andersen he wore new cloths by similar weavers where his cloths were suddenly invisible and those with real vision saw him for who he really is.

Who are those whackos who applauded almost every word?  Our congress is indeed filled with whackos.  It's the only explanation.  Was this the great orator that ran for president the first time?  Yes indeed.  But was this speech filled with woulda, coulda, shoulda promises of hope with no avenues to achieve lofty goals opined and thus once again leave our nation in despair?  Yes promised hope but left our reality in despair.

Who let Christians around the globe get beheaded, and even sent 10,000 that made it to our shores back to the middle east now penniless and absent an avenue to survive the horrors?  But then brings to our shores countless people clearly filled with ISIL chameleons proving our nation is not safe?  Who made our allies unsafe especially Europe and Israel?  The very people our president hails were just proven to rape European women and are now spread throughout our nation.

Who cut our military to a one war capability from a two front capability?  Who gave red slips to our officers of the military, cut our Navy from new parts and volumes of new proven ships, our air force from spar parts and new planes, and our Army's troop counts to dangerously low levels?

Who just made a deal with Iran promising us continually how wonderful they are and then find they shoot missiles at our ships, capture our soldiers for no reason, and build new intercontinental ballistic rockets?

Was his speech beautiful?  Yes it was.  Was there any truth to it?  Of course not.  You see folks we heard this all before. 

Who took our nations money and spent it all to create a false economy but will leave us almost 22 trillion dollars in debt?  Now that is a fact and the day will come when we will have to pay the piper.

Who in their speech tonight made fun of China's down turn in their economy but failed to mention that we owe them so much money from our debt that they have no worries as our tax payers for the next millennium will pay China's way where we have no country that owes us or will support us with debt to us?  No this was a speech for fools or those who failed to learn from the last seven years.

Is our president a great speaker?  Wow he is indeed.  Does he make others look like poor speakers?  Yes he does.  Can this guy spin a crowd like perhaps no one before him?  He is a great entertainer.  But is there any meat with his potato's?  None whatsoever.

Well, we sure heard a fairytale speech which was lovely, but a fairytale it was indeed, unless you were a fool like the ones that appear to fill the seats of his audience this evening.

There is one thing for sure.  President Barack Obama is a marvelous speaker and entertain he can, but promises of hope and left our nation and our citizenry in despair once again, was the learned message heard by those who are in the know.

Is there a palpable fear in our nation and around the globe about who the Terrorists will attack next and where will Russia and Iran attack next?  Absolutely and thus we must end our citizens fears and the worlds fears from Terrorists and nations gone rouge.  We must rebuild our borders so we have a real nation, certify that those who wish to come here want to join us in peace and prosperity rather than the feckless policy witnessed over the last seven years relative to immigration and the war against radical religious Muslim terrorism.  It is time for we the people to take our nation back.  Tonight our president even claimed we the people and our founding fathers system of elections must be changed in their name?  I don't know about you but not only was he hysterical, its amazing how twisted our president can make our nation, and his listeners.

May the lord bless those who wish to turn our nation around and bring us back to full employment, bring our manufacturing home as they ran from this president, and who will once again rebuild our military and bring true safety to our nation while eliminating terrorist agents and groups in one fell swoop.  And may the lord continue to bless all America and all Americans. the little guy ™ Dr. Neff fights back for you 1/12/2016

It has been several weeks away from the internet and hope to get back on track soon.  All three books that I wrote last year are out to publishers for consideration but I was shocked to experience that they all seem to be looking for famous folks who have written "Sci-Fi" in the past rather then letting someone new break in, so I think it will be some time before any of you will read any of the three and now working on the forth in the series.  I think I will need a lucky break for all I have received was praise for the work yet no one will to spend the money.  Why I have even had personal phone conversations with agents who straight out told me that if I become famous then they will be out to take me away from any agent that gives me a break into this area of publishing.  I never realized how classy medical publishers were until I have tried a new Genre to explore.  In other words don't hold your breath, but I will continue until I find an agent who would spend their time on a new guy!

Thus the reason for my absence but I wish you all a belated Happy Hanukkah, Merry Christmas and Happy new Years with my prototypical style which follows:

For the nineteenth year at the Journal, that most special time of the year had arrived where all folks get the very special tingling feeling reminiscing the great Christmas celebrations from the past as well as enjoying a Happy Hanukkah and Merry Christmas again.  I wanted to take this opportunity to wish all folks around the globe a very Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah and a very wonderful New Year.  Folks from the remaining (living) members of the of the American Academy for Justice Through Science, I want to wish you all the most wonderful holiday season and the best New Year you have ever had.  As a special treat I want to share with you the most beautiful Christmas Scenes from around the globe.  I know all the family will enjoy viewing  how folks from every country on this blessed earth celebrate the wondrous holiday known as Christmas.

As man concurred flight, and during World War II, a savvy technical air training officer, which allowed him to fly most every airplane available, became interested in developing assisted breathing technologies to aid the pilots.  At that time airplanes were beginning to exceed the altitudes at which pilots could breathe unaided. This provided young Bird his first chance at developing technology for aiding breathing. Bird began to study mammalian pathophysiology to aid in his technical military training, device development and medical knowledge.

Up until that time hospitals were limited to the great advancement of the previous decades, the Iron Lung.  So Bird went on to receive his medical education and residencies, and then developed his advanced prototype Bird Universal Medical Respirator for acute or chronic cardiopulmonary care.   And by 1956, The Bird, a little green box became familiar to hospital patients throughout the world.  It was the first highly reliable, low-cost, mass-produced medical respirator in world history.

In 1978, Dr. Bird turned the reins of his highly successful debt free Bird Corporation over to the 3-M Corporation in Minnesota, so that he could devote more time to his own research. The results of that research have become his fourth generation of medical devices including his Intrapulmonary Percussive Ventilator® and Volumetric Diffusive Respirator® for advanced cardiopulmonary therapy and intensive cardiopulmonary care.  His devices continued to develop over the years and his respirators are present in more than 8,000 hospitals used to treat cardiopulmonary diseases in premature babies to adults, with ailments such as cystic fibrosis, asthma, emphysema, heart conditions and traumatic injuries.

Then by 1992 Bird introduced the TBird Ventilator Series which was the first ventilator that was truly mobile.  Dr. Bird was inducted into the National Inventors Hall of Fame in the mid 1990’s.

A JEWISH WOMAN PRESIDENT ELECT

A Jewish women was elected President of the United States.  She called her mother to invite her to the swearing in ceremony.  Her mother stressed that she wasn't comfortable with traveling at her age, but the President elect told her she was sending Air Force One.  Then her mother explained that she wasn't comfortable with eating strange foods but the President elect said that she would have the white house cook prepare the food just the way she wants.  Her mother explained that she was unsure because she didn't sleep well when she's away from home.  Her daughter comforted her and said she would be staying at the White House.  The president elect's mother finally agreed. 

The day of the swearing in ceremony the mother was seated in the front row next to a Supreme Court Judge.  Suddenly she turned to the Supreme Court Judge pointing at the president elect and said, "You see that girl on stage?  Her brother is a doctor!"

      In a police science class at Pasadena City College, students were asked to pool their thoughts on a definition of police ethics. After considerable discussion, the following definition emerged: Police ethics is a set of rules and regulations devised to guide officers in determining whether their personal conduct is right or wrong.

It was the opinion of this class that ethics in any profession develops a right conscience among its individual members and that such a conscience is helpful in law enforcement to assist officers in doing the right thing. Other recognized professions--medicine, law, and education--have developed ethical codes to serve as clearly defined ideals and principles for their members to follow in solving the everyday problems of right and wrong that arise in their work.

Whether playing football or participating in life, one must recognize and observe professional standards of behavior and exemplary conduct. The opportunity to abide by such necessary standards confronts officers daily in law enforcement. 

As a case in point, an officer in a West Coast city spotted a local judge's car parked illegally. The officer had just been advised in a police training school that morning before she went on duty that all laws, including traffic laws, are applicable to all people, regardless of race, sex, creed, or station in life. But she hesitated because she wanted to avoid the possible embarrassment and trouble that could result for the department. Nevertheless, the lessons in the morning class were well learned, and she tagged thejudge's car. Her decision proved to be a wise one, for the judge publicly praised her courage in doing the right thing. The judge paid the article tells how two patrol officers were publicly accused in false statements made against them during the arrest and trial of a drunk patron and a bartender. As a result, the two officers filed suits seeking damages from the tavern manager for slander. A statement made by Director Hoover of the FBI was introduced in evidence: "Law enforcement today is truly a profession." As a result, a judgment in common pleas court was rendered in favor of the two officers in the sum of $2,500 each. This recognition by the courts underscores the concept that law enforcement today is truly a profession.

 A CODE OF POLICE ETHICS 

     Without question, a code of ethics is essential in a profession. Without it, a profession could not exist. Moreover, the rules and regulations selected must reach the highest standards. There must be no opportunity for compromise. Professional ethics dictates the application of such absolutes as "always" and "never." To be effective, the code must cover all areas of endeavor, leaving no questions of right or wrong unanswered. Naturally, it is admitted that no code could, when phrased only in words, encompass every possible circumstance. However, within the confines of reason, a sensible, attainable set of rules can be formulated.

A code of police ethics must also embrace all basic objectives. The late Don L. Kooken in his book Ethics in Police Service outlined the following law enforcement objectives:

 1.  To elevate the standing of the profession in the public mind and to strengthen public confidence in law enforcement

2.  To encourage law enforcement officers to fully appreciate the responsibilities of their office

3.  To develop and maintain complete support and cooperation of the public in law enforcement

4.  To ensure the effectiveness of the services by encouraging complete coopera­tion of its members for their mutual benefit

5.  To strive for full coordination of effort in all official relationships with other governmental bodies

6.  To consider police work an honorable profession, and to recognize in it an opportunity to render a worthwhile service to society 

In order to achieve these high objectives, the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP), the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the California Peace Officers' Association, and many other law enforcement agencies have adopted codes of ethics. The FBI code appears in Figure 13-1. Other police codes are given in the following sections. 

UNETHICAL ACTS

     To cover every aspect of the problems involving police ethics, negative characteristics--unethical acts to be avoided--are listed as follows: 

1. Dishonesty

2. Brutality

3. Racial prejudice

4. Gratuities and chiseling

5. Conversion of prisoners' property

6. Violations of laws and regulations

7. Violations of civil rights, false arrest, illegal search and seizures 8. Discourteous conduct 9. Deliberate inefficiency 10. Failure to improve

11. Divulging confidential information

12. Malicious gossip

13. Violation of privileged communications

     The most practical way to prevent unethical activity by law enforcement officers involves judicious screening and selection of new personnel; continual practical training of all officers, stressing public relations and ethical conduct; and prompt dismissal of officers who cannot obey the rules and regulations of the police profession. 

LAW ENFORCEMENT CODE OF ETHICS 

     This code of ethics was first created and publicized by the Peace Officers' Research Association of California (PORAC). Subsequently, it was adopted by the members of the California Peace Officers' Association and thereafter universally promulgated by the International Association of Chiefs of Police and the National Conference of Police Associations.

Recently, the Commission on Peace Officer Standards and Training of California, known as POST, required the following code of ethics to be read and discussed at all approved basic police schools. After discussion, the officers are presented with the following printed code of ethics for their personal use and limitation.

CODE OF ETHICS

As a law enforcement officer my fundamental duty is to serve mankind; to safeguard lives and property; to protect the innocent against deception, the weak against oppression and intimidation, and the peaceful against violence and disor­der; to respect the constitutional rights of all men to liberty, equality and justice.

I will keep my private life unsullied as an example to all; maintain courageous calm in the face of danger, scorn or ridicule; develop self-restraint; and be constantly mindful of the welfare of others. I will be exemplary in obeying the laws of the land and the regulations of my department. Whatever I see or hear of a confidential nature, or that is confided in me in my official capacity, will be kept secret unless revelation is necessary in the performance of my duty.

I will never act officiously or permit personal feelings, prejudices, animosities or friendships to influence my decisions. With no compromise for crime and with relentless prosecution of criminals, I will enforce the law courteously and appro­priately without fear or favor, malice or ill-will, never employing unnecessary force or violence and never accepting gratuities. I recognize the badge of my office as a symbol of public faith, and I accept it as a public trust to be held so long as I am true to the ethics of the police service. I will constantly strive to achieve these objectives and ideals, dedicating myself before God to my chosen profession... Law Enforcement. 

CANONS OF POLICE ETHICS

To stress the importance and explain the specific problems in police ethics, the IACP adopted the following eleven Canons of Ethics for Law Enforcement:

 Article 1  The primary responsibility

To protect life and property and keep the peace of all people.  To enforce the laws, equitably and fairly, regarding all persons. The descriptions beneath the canons are the author's.

  Article 2   Limitations of authority

All officers must know the bounds of their authority and never abuse their police power of arrest, search, and seizure. 

Article 3 Duty to be familiar with the law and with the responsibilities of self and other public officials

All officers should keep abreast of changes in the law, should attend law enforcement conferences and schools for improvement, and should know their area of responsibility 

Article 4 Utilization of proper means to gain proper ends

Law enforcement officers must be the first to obey the law and not be a bad example by flouting the law or granting special privileges to friends and relatives. Moreover, they must not use the law for personal power or gain.

 Article 5 Cooperation with public officials in the discharge of their official duties

This is a two-way street, and ethical officers will always cooperate legally with other departments, regardless of political or official affiliation.

 Article 6 Private conduct

Police officers must remember that they are public officials

24 hours a day. Conduct on and off the job must be above reproach.

Article 7 Conduct toward the public

Exemplary officers always remember that they are public

servants. Hence, they cannot be overbearing or subservient.

 Article 8 Conduct in arresting and dealing with violators

Officers must refrain from undue use of force or violation of the civil rights of the public

Article 9 Gifts and favors

Officers may not accept gratuities and gifts from the public.  Nothing must influence them or interfere with the administration of justice

Article 10 Presentation of evidence

During investigations, police must seek the facts and must obtain the truth. They must defend the innocent as well as enforce the law and gather the evidence against wrongdoers.

Article 11 Attitude toward profession

Officers today must regard their duties as a public trust, should strive for a professional attitude, should help present a good image of police to the public, and should endeavor to improve themselves and their department.

The FBI Pledge for Law Enforcement Officers

Humbly recognizing the responsibilities entrusted to me, I do vow that I shall always consider the high calling of law enforcement to be an honorable profession, the duties of which are recognized by me as both an art and a science. I recognize fully my responsibilities to defend the right, to protect the weak, to aid the distressed, and to uphold the law in public duty and in private living. I accept the obligation in connection with my assignments to report facts and to testify without bias or display of emotion, and to consider the information, coming to my knowledge by virtue of my position, as a sacred trust, to be used solely for official purposes. HAPPY LABOR DAY AMERICA

Please have a safe and happy holiday. Please be aware however that during our zeal to celebrate Labor Day" statistically more injuries occur on this holiday than any other.  This is due to the fact that school will start soon and this is the last chance to run and jump into a swimming pool, pond, lake, ocean, or reservoir.  Children excited to get into the water (oceans, lakes, rivers, and swimming pools) sustain serious neck and spine injuries including death. The highest incidence of death for 5 years of age and below occurred in 2003.  However with alerts like these folks have been avoiding such tragic injuries and loss.

These life threatening injuries can be avoided by becoming aware of the "holiday psychology in play", advise your children accordingly, and try to keep a special eye out for accidents.  Primarily the water injuries are sustained by diving and hitting the skull especially when it is shallower then anticipated, although other out door water sports must be supervised such as waterskiing, surfboarding and the like.

If you or your children compete in a new fall event which requires exercise, warm up, stay out of prolonged sun exposure, and bring electrolytes or even a combination of the simple salts such as table salt, and 'kosher for their sodium and potassium.  If you can really prepare "Gator-aid" like drinks work well.

As most of you know this editor has been writing about the good, the bad and the ugly relative to politics within our grand Republic and about events around the globe here at the Journal for over 20 years.  However, I have been mostly absent from the most important events which face this nation due to the fact that I have two books and am 3/4 fourth done with a third in the series.  Presently I am awaiting notification to send the rest of the first book, or find another agent and I have to tell you having been published so many times in the medical world, making contributions or advancing ideas outside the medical press has proven to be quite a different matter.  I have many folks telling me the books are fantastic yet I must wait to see if the present agent I sent part of the first book to, asks for the rest to review or tells me to find another agent.  Apparently in the industry some agents never even write back to advise anything; classless and filled with contempt to say the least but I think I have sent my first portion of the book to a classy agent and hope within the next month to hear yes or no.  So three books over the last six months has kept me very busy.  It is my hope you will get to experience the thrills involved in these books as my review friends have.

Then this weekend I had the honor to perform a forensic examination, have already performed the review of records and X-ray/MRI's from Germany but still have to review the US MRI's.  Finally I have yet to write the report but it is on a most interesting fellow.  Body Guard to the Royal Family of Saudi Arabia, and then this Navy Seal was stationed in Germany, he was Body Guard when President George W. Bush came to German, Condoleezza Rice and Colon Powel.  I wanted to know if he was able to get Condoleezza Rice autograph but apparently as a professional who was no further than a foot a way, his job is not to speak, it is to protect.  Anyway I was chosen to be the Independent Medical Examiner on the case, and that is taking me away from contributing articles.  Perhaps I was chosen from the list because only a few months back I performed a similar audit for a Viet Nam Vent that was ignored for over 40 years and I was able to prove his RSDS or Reflex sympathetic Dystrophy was a direct result of the massive agent orange exposure he experienced, and won him a huge award and future medical from the VA.

In any event I hope to finish my certified forensic medical examiner audit over the next two weeks or so, and hopefully finish the third book as I have a great idea for a fourth, but if I take a break between the third book in the series and the fourth, I have some strong opinions on wrongs against humanity and our allies which are occurring by politicians and for some reason especially by those on the left antithetical to liberal ideals of the 60's and 70's.  Why it appears they are out to destroy one of the oldest religions and a nation which the UN built to persevere that religion.  Evil and crazy indeed.

TEST TIME FUN FUN FUN

A 60 year old female notes visual disturbances in one eye, vertigo, facial paresis, headache, motor and sensory deficits opposite the side of eye manifestations as well as alternating weakness of the opposite sides of the body which develop abruptly and last for either a period of minutes but seldom greater then 1 to 2 hours.  The patient also complained of sudden falls without the loss of consciousness accompanied by amnesia.  All symptoms disappeared after the attack and the patient remained conscious through the episode.

Exam:  The Global Sustained Rotational Test (Cailliet Neff Test) ruled out occlusion-fainting/vomiting or seizure yet a mild nystagmus was noted while the patient was asked to look to the side of rotation at extreme rotation.  The heart exam was negative for murmurs or arrhythmias.  Cardiac output sounded loud over the pericardium but did diminish toward the neck.  The blood pressure noted hypertension and orthostatic hypertension at 166/95.  While auscultation proved discovery of a higher pitched sound over the carotid arteries vs. the subclavian.

Lab:  Doppler study useful Ultrasonography or arteriography can confirm stenosis and identify artery.

Which of the following is the correct diagnosis?

A)  Cerebrovascular Accident

(B)  Brain Tumor

(C)  Pagets Disease

(D)  Adverse Drug Reaction

(E)  Transient ischemic attacks/TIA

Answer:  E:  Transient Ischemic Attack/TIA; Focal neurologic abnormalities of sudden onset and brief duration (usually minutes, never more than few hours; that reflect dysfunction in the distribution of either the internal carotid-middle cerebral or the vertebral-basilar arterial system (emboli).  Vertigo is most common at the vertebral-basilar artery.  It must be noted that between 25-40 percent of patients who have TIA's will have a CVA within 3-5 years.  A rare variation is the subclavian steal syndrome, in which a subclavian artery stenosed proximal to the vertebral artery take off and steals reverse flow of blood from the vertebral artery to supply the arm during extension. the little guy ™ Dr. Neff fights back for you 7/17/2015

CHARLES RICHARD DREW INTERESTING PERSON IN TIME   

In the late 1930's, Dr. Charles Richard Drew MD pioneered the concept and construction of the worlds first blood bank.  He recalled seeing a man's life being saved via blood transfusions, which was the trigger for him to develop the notion of the long term preservation of blood.  Dr. Drew MD, proved that plasma kept longer than whole blood.  His concept and ideas revolutionized the medical profession and saved many lives continuing to this very day.  Dr. Charles Drew MD, constructed and operated his blood plasma bank at the Presbyterian Hospital in New York City, NY, becoming the model and inspiration for the Red Cross' system of blood banks, of which he became the first director.

THOMAS PAINE INTERESTING PERSON IN TIMEAND THE GREATEST JOURNALIST WHO EVER LIVED

The great Thomas Paine was the "single motivational" tool Washington had, for without Paine's' words of wisdom, the revolution for freedom would have lacked the spirit, Patriotic words in the hearts and minds of the men and women of the colonies, and subsequently the backbone and "moral fiber" to separate from the massive over taxation and abuse of un-free colonials who morphed into the bravest of the brave who fought and later won freedom . 

With this new land, this new country at stake, the brilliant extraordinaire Paine brought up the birth light of liberty from taxed bondage, a hoist of recruits saying these words to themselves, and a revolution to create a new nation. Born in 1776 was the spirit of Paine, the fight, heart and love of Washington for his dream of a free land for all, and with the backing of the genius Ben Franklin speaking of a colonial uprising which was his code for the "original" World War/Revolution, began the evolution for change and freedom for all mankind . 

You may find the complete works of this Founding Father, COMMON SENSE etc., which launched our historic revolution through planting the words of freedom and democracy into the hearts and minds of all colonials.  All of history must remember that it was Founding Father Thomas Paine's Common Sense which was the first work to openly ask for independence from Great Britain.  Look around you today folks, and realize Thomas Paine's' dream.

Then while accompanying George Washington during the darkest days, and during the coldest winter of 1776 where troops were abandoning the lords designs, Paine wrote "THE CRISIS" laying in the snow with Washington only to then ride alone to Pennsylvania to again publish his expose for Washington and the new little nation to be, which again was read by the people, written for the people, and enacted upon by the people bringing new recruits to Washington, relighting the flame of truth in the hearts of those already fighting, and fanned the fires which burned inside the likes of Thomas Jefferson, and Ben Franklin el al, through Paine's "call to arms for America".

Paine was the first to place journalism directly in opposition to the prejudice of Englishmen, in favor of their own government, by their King, Lords and Commons, heavy taxation and harsh uncivilized penalties of the colonies, and against the largest fighting forces on land and sea to that time in history; Great Britain.

It is only through the writings of Founding Father Thomas Paine that the flame of freedom was spread to all inhabitants of the colonies.  In fact George Washington would often read to his troops from either Common Sense or The Crisis before going into battle.  These words carried the greatest General in mankind's experiential history through times no man could be imagined to endure; both in natures wrath, and ball and cannon from the British.  This Journal will never forget Founding Father Thomas Paine extraordinaire-Journalist.

A DISCUSSION BETWEEN A GREEK AND AND ITALIAN AMERICAN FOR OUR WEDNESDAY FUNNY TO GET YOU OVER THE HUMP DAY

The Italian replies, "We have the Coliseum."

The Greek retorts, "We Greeks gave birth to mathematics."

The Italian, nodding, says, "But we built the Roman Empire ."

And, so on and so on until the Greek comes up with what he thinks will end the discussion.  With a flourish of finality he says, "Aha! But we invented sex!"

That's pretty amazing, Obama winning the Nobel Peace Prize.  Ironically, his biggest accomplishment as president so far: winning the Nobel Peace Prize.
