The Ligaments of the Uterus: 

1.  Vesico-uterine or  A fold of peritoneum extending from the uterus to the bladder

    (Uterovesical fold). Also known as the Anterior Ligament

2. Posterior Ligament:   A Rectovaginal fold of peritoneum.

3. The Broad Ligament:  It passes from the margins of the uterus to the lateral wall of the pelvis.

4.  The Round Ligament: It is a fibromuscular cord arising form the top of the Uterus anterior to the fallopian tubesAnd extends outward and forward fro the broad ligament to the external inguinal ring.
